Dekel will hold out for a decent price, perhaps after the Results published he might consider 'averaging down' like nearly everyone else. That way he might be persuaded to Sell for around 30p. Labro with over 25% and more (if they ever exercised their 21m warrants @ 15p !) must have a say as well. They've been well supportive taking the Dec '14 placing at a considerable premium @ 15p. Not worthless - just a bit tedious, time will tell.

Well we should get the results issued any day - June 11th last year. Yep, they usually give the AGM details in that as well - normally held in Baker St in July. Awaiting news.

Thought you had spotted something there with the Ind.Bod asking for the extension. However, reading the previous extension request, they are identical. Perhaps the request to the Takeover Panel has to be done this way, not sure. Anyway, pants, how can it take the CEO this long to cut a deal in a company he knows inside out? My gut feeling has been and unfortunately still is - won't happen. However, no-one knows but next deadline just before the Referendum, although that probably is irrelevant to Syqic doing most of it's business in Asia doesn't it?

Well deadline is 5pm tomorrow for decision. May not RNS tomorrow but why are they leaving it to the wire. Perhaps further extension? RNS's so far always have the caveat "This deadline will only be extended with the consent of the Takeover Panel in accordance with Rule 2.6(c) of the Code." Impatient can't even wait for tomorrow.

You understandably like all of us are very frustrated here. The last 2 years, however, Chaarat have given over a month's notice of the Baker st AGM, so attendance is easy to plan. Not posting much now as what can we do but wait for the next chapter? I don't think we are 'reasonably funded' for the foreseeable future as Dekel latest interview stated. If we are going to realistically make a go of this on our own we will need millions - fairly soon. We should get an update pretty soon as the summer in the Krygyz has arrived. There is always the carrot of takeover/Jv but it is wearing a little thin. Perhaps I might consider going to London in July if I can.

Tried Angel, Nomad, and not available and according to reception 'don't talk to PI's' - marvellous. Anyway, Phil more than happy to speak. He explained the Call Options - both parties(PPG and Paternoster) wanted to reduce Paternoster's Holding and PRS were happy about their profit. He confirmed that although they wanted to, they weren't in a position to complete the purchase in Feb or really this week as haven't cash available but managed with some help to complete the 'Call'. A third party known to them took the 6.25m @ 0.75p to complete the call. He confirmed there are a couple of Planning meetings coming up shortly and that they are hopeful of a positive outcome at, but you never know who or what might crop up. With regards the DECC consultation he felt satisfied that the government was moderating it's position.

Reckon there's a mistake in the Dealings RNS. Why take up ALL the call option on 10m shares each if you need to sell 6.25m each for no profit at 0.75p? Doesn't make sense. Buy and sell at the same price don't do nobody any good. Surely they sold 6.25m each at a profit to fund the purchasing of the 3.75m they kept each. Much more likely scenario : They sold 6.25m each @ 1.2p generating sufficient profit (0.45p per share) to afford 3.75m shares at the option price of 0.75p. They then have spent nothing and got 3.75m more shares each. Will check out with Nomad.

My average is 1.21p and I reckon I'll be back 'in the money soon'. Nearly 3 months now since last meaningful RNS (24th Feb) so we're about due.

Nice to see Perseus sp doing quite well - currently 0.595AUD. Continuing to hold warrants and shares and nice to see the warrants are 'in the money'. Put another shrimp on the Barbie !

Pages 27/28 deal with the issues surrounding EIS advantages and the Capacity Market. The issues are complex and the govt has received 107 responses to Q12 (definitely one from Plutus). No decision made but unlikely to seriously affect our business either way, I believe. ------------------------ Glad to see the sp beginning it's rise.

Forgot as a footnote, our chairman, Christopher Palmer-Tomkinson, stuck his hand in his pocket in Dec '14 for shares @ 15p taking him to 6,275,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.30% of Chaarat's issued share capital. So, there's a lot of 'sticky' shares with the Directors and Labro. Whether China Non-Ferrous and First State are still sticky remains to be seen.

Thanks for pointing out Linda's update - I hadn't spotted it. I keep copies of the old major shareholders so can easily compare. There aren't many changes since the 23rd June 2015 list but those are : First State Stewart (used to be called First State Investments) down from 7.23% to 5.19% UBS Wealth Mgmt first appears with 3.4% No other changes at all. ------------------------------------------------------------ Can't find any notification of UBS Wealth Mgmt arriving so will ask Linda. I'm thinking of emailing her with regards trying to improve sentiment. IMO they made a big mistake issuing the optimised FS alongside news of apparent spat with China. The latter completely stole the thunder from the former.
