Not saying there won't be an OO but I heard chat at the Chester SOU event yesterday where Andrew Dennan went, because it's his home town apparently, that the OO would probably be delayed. Anyway, it's a non-starter if they don't relent on no warrants attached and the sp is below the OO price of 4.38p

What's so complicated? They were going to put 3 Italian portfolios together but now only two having lost what was considered the best one with Po Valley. The main investment by Marco and chums of �13.4m is going to be used to buy an asset or assets in Indonesia. The OO - now is that going to go ahead at 4.38p any time in the near future? I doubt it All SRON shares soon to be renamed CORO and SOU shareholders will get 1 Coro for every 5 approx SOU shares they own. PVE who own Po Valley are a 50% shareholder in SRON. They have made a meaningless gesture of lock-in for their SRON shares but in fact are going to give them away to PVE shareholders who can then do what they please with them. There are a few legal things to go through and votes to pass but it all should sail through now imo into CORO

That's good to hear Marco and chums still going ahead and all set for the re-list, tomorrow maybe. Still think losing PVO will mean sp doesn't start well but we'll see. Indonesia - maybe some news could be released but doubtful a completed deal imo

Good to read all the positive thoughts for the project. Firstly getting that extra £5m funding would be a great confidence boost and second getting some more major financing in Q2 will really turn the tide. Martin A gets the big Capex funding sorted and this must start to really re-rate

I've asked Andrew Dennan to reconsider attaching warrants @6.57p to the OO shares. IMO that would make it more attractive and might still rescue the OO. If there isn't any other 'meaty' deals, and why should there be at such short notice, the re-list isn't going to be a pretty sight. Pity you were wrong about PVE

I presume this was it, simple Accounts approval : "The Company's annual accounts for the year ended 31 July 2017, together with the directors' report and auditor's report on these accounts (the "2017 Annual Report and Accounts") are expected to be published and circulated to shareholders by 31 January 2018. I got this email back from her last Friday : As you will have seen in the RNS on 22 January, PVE�s Directors signed a binding conditional agreement which underpins their commitment to this transaction. We did however need to make sure that investors were aware that the Australian process for the transaction requires certain approvals - including from an independent expert - which are ultimately out of our (and their) control. Whilst we are very keen to see this transaction complete as envisaged, should PVE not receive approval from the independent expert and/or shareholders it would not impact our ability to execute on our broader strategy which we will do with the passion and focus I mentioned last night! Reckon PVE off is most likely : Termination Agreement. This is a generic form of termination agreement for use when parties to a commercial contract have mutually agreed to terminate the agreement. It includes an optional mutual release of claims.

Yep I can see 3 trades 21-02-18 16:38:33 6.8288 being 900,00, 800,000 and 100,000 all at the same time after Wednesday's close. I used to be in BMN but got fed up with it and also noted it was getting quite a lot of bad press. Are you behind RED, can't seem to follow your perspective as I only look at this company rarely? My only other big link to RED is loosely through my much bigger holding in PPG - flexible electricity generating business

Can't get my head around all this Alpha v Bolgas stuff but I've done some adding up on the Holdings : John Ward, Alchemy, got rid of 11m shares down to 86.4m 13.2% in Aug '17 Today down to 63.8m making 9.77% So he's got rid of another 22.6m in the last 6 months which includes his departure from RED in October. With today's lock-in call, perhaps the Selling will be significantly reduced. Haven't exactly got timely notices of dropping through the percentages, but it's all out in the open now.
