Don't think anyone's been 'selling out'. Perhaps the sp spiked a tiny bit up and then has now gone down to it's long-term 'hold' position. Nothing much has happened to the sp up or down in the last year, has been stuck going nowhere despite all the incredible changes. The spinning off of Calidus has just confused Joe public and the sentiment has gone out of the share. Except for a little spurt early Oct, similar story for Calidus. One day it'll happen, probably with some big financial news for CAI which may of course be an offer for the whole shebang. Meanwhile Togo awaits us too. Looks like this whole 'performance related share distribution' ain't going to mean 'a hill of beans' in the short term, which is daft but true

In some interviews, fairly recent ones, he states move into first production Q2. Is that period April - June '17 and have Calidus done that on a small scale?

Was getting my head around it but you've confused me a bit more. Not bothered about AUD 0.08 just sticking to CAI sp of AUD0.04 for now. With that in mind, you've worked out 1m KRS shares bag you £7,400 (value of one's gifted CAI shares) and I've worked it out as £6,600 - that's close enough. So, bingo that's it -- Buy 1m KRS now for £4,500 and all things being equal (and a lot of them could move in our favour) and receive £6,600 gift in June '19 and keep your KRS shares for a free ride in Togo

Over the last 2 years or so our mgmt has been buying a lot of shares in this company, eg Chairman Martin A. and his vehicle Labro. They've bought on the open market but have also partaken in fund raising and also recently buying out a load of Dekel's shares (ex-CEO). I mean they're doing it again, showing extreme confidence in the company and putting their money where their mouths' are. As far as I can see the highest sp paid in the last 12 months by Mr A and chums (the concert party) has been upped by this fundraising to 25p. That is important as, if they were to make a takeover of the entire company, ie the remaining 50% odd they don't own, they'd have to at least pay the maximum price they'd paid in the last 12 months, now upped to 25p

Well we can only work it out with the current situation. Notice the CAI sp is down 10% today mirroring our fall on Monday. A buyout of CAI could easily be on the cards and buyouts will be at a decent premium for certain. IMO using a CAI price far in excess of AUD 0.04 would be very reasonable. One thing perhaps not in our favour in these separate calculations of valuing Oz is TOGO. Are we not quite likely to suffer dilution if we make progress ? We have warrants outstanding too and I suppose Mgmt Options(?) - these will reduce the value. The placings in April and Oct this year will keep the lights on but won't progress TOGO much I'd have thought. Shouldn't we get an update there soon? On May 15th we stated re. Cobalt and Nickel, " Initial mapping, sampling and trenching alongside historical data compilation is due to commence immediately in order to better prove up the exploration potential." Could anyone update me/everyone on the TOGO Manganese project state-of-play?

Chesh thanks. That's good so DR and me are on the same page and if all things remain equal(eg number of KRS shares in issue; AUD/GBP exchange rate; sp of CAI) the following is the value from owning 1m KRS shares : 329821 X £0.02 = £6,600.I'm a-Tweeting

People, please check. Should have divided up into 2.2bn KRS shares really so quite close to 1 CAI for each 3 KRS held imo

I am in error earlier in my 'Pinecone' post : of course we only will have 723.75m CAI shares and we have to divide those out to 2 bn KRS shares. So, we'll get 1 CAI for each 2.76 KRS we hold. So if you hold 1m KRS you should receive 362,319 CAI shares which would be worth @ £0.02, £7,246 So if one spends £4,500 on KRS shares, one gets £7,246 value of CAI shares plus a free ride in TOGO

In today's RNS it spells out : "With the definition of over 500,000 ozs in the indicated category, the trigger for the conversion of Performance A Shares to ordinary shares in Calidus has now been reached. This will result in Keras holding a direct interest of 458,375,000 shares in Calidus." So we ain't got any Performance A shares no more, they've become ordinary shares in CAI. Were you expecting more news on this?

I think your maths is out simply because why should we receive only 1 CAI share for every 100 KRS owned (or 10,000 CAI shares for each 1,000,000 KRS) ? There are roughly 1bn CAI shares and roughly 2 bn KRS shares. If there is a payout equally to KRS shareholders, we'll get 1 CAI for each 2 KRS held. So 1m KRS would give one 500k CAI shares. If these were trading @ AUD 0.04 or £0.02. So for 1m KRS one would get a payout worth 500k X £0.02 or £10k. 1m KRS would cost @ 0.45p, £4,500. So for every £4,500 spent now one would get a payout, if everything stays the same, of £10k and still hold 1m KRS shares for value from TOGO. So, Chesh, I completely agree with you !

To really get the fund-raising going with a bang. This money should take us comfortably through next year but further financing to supplement funds needed in Q2 for the move to full mine construction. Mgmt putting their hands into their deep pockets and upping the price they've paid again to 25p. Lines being drawn further up in the sand. Loan notes look very nice to participants with a minimum 10% coupon. Can anyone shed light on 'developing our owner's team for the project' - not met that term "owner's team" before ?

How Aim constantly does the opposite of expected. Well, great news can't be taken away and this should re-rate when reality sets in

Thanks not sure when it'll come but they all seem to start around 8:30 their time. I have registered for Caslidus alerts now, hopefully then 11 pm but was always likely to be Tuesday RNS (ANN) anyway
