Well AB did recently point out the risks, some 30 plus pages of them in the recent GE Prospectus, including the comment “( Enquest ) faces drilling and production risks and hazards that may affect the Group’s ability to produce oil at expected levels, quality and costs and that may result in additional liabilities to the EnQuest Group “ so this investment has never been for those without risk appetite !

Well we really are starting to motor now, the US Market alone will wake many up that hadn’t quite grasped what GB’s up to here !

Impressive results and without global supply chain difficulties suspect NR would have guided towards beating FY expectations.

This from their recent AGM Statement “ MHRA approval for sale in the UK is expected to follow soon after CE marking for self-test use is confirmed” plus JB has strong connections via his Advisory Board position to the Gates Foundation ( Mologic ) & all its tentacles ! Anyway our focus has & remains outside the UK ( for good reason ! )

Carlyle‘s bid for the Link Group was pitched 24% higher than its SP, look at its Report & Accounts and you’ll realise how little they valve their victims !

Given Carlyle have also made a non binding £1.5bn bid for the Link Group ( Australian Listed ) at the same time as looking at Metro, I don’t expect they’ll be too worried if nothing comes off here, as Metro are just one of many weakened Financial companies on the global stage. They certainly won’t be paying over the odds !

The Market has a good idea already of Metro’s valve to Carlyle as indicative of where the SP is, as if they can’t acquire it on the cheap they’ll simply walk away. Those expecting huge returns from here are likely to be disappointed, and I say that as a Shareholder.

Thought legislation allowed those already supplying the DHSC &/or locked into NHS Contracts are allowed a free pass until expiry of same. No surprise there !

Your delay is down to European bureaucracy. We could be months in the queue as they’ll see no urgency dealing with a UK request. The only good news is that it’s still pending as any rejection would invariably have to be notified to the Market, once known by the Company.

So all those inferior tests that were previously passed by PD can currently remain on sale whilst AffiDX has to sit in the cupboard......next RNS will be announcing AVCT has relocated abroad to escape this nonsense !

Would be simpler if LSE just limited the number of posts anyone could submit per day, say 2.......that would surely remove most of the dross !

Hopefully AB will apply a little more colour than usual to the Nov. OU, to help others understand what some of us know already. Until then I’m not expecting much in the way of SP movement unless Brent surprises.

Yes is proving difficult to please some. I’m currently having to ‘piggy back’ the wife’s iPhone for internet access which will probably now be permanently denied, having asked if I could enjoy her Personal Hotspot for a few minutes this morning !

@Jan2....not you as well ! I’m still struggling with ‘her indoors’ to accept she doesn’t need all this bling around her although as most seems derived from oil I’m somewhat conflicted. At least the dog understands where I’m coming from !

Look at it this way. A “foreign” distributor applies to the UK for HUA promoting a “foreign” developed product superior to our multiple home devices that will clearly have adverse local impact, if approved. So back of the queue before we kick in bureaucracy & obfuscation. This could drag into 2022, irrespective how basic the issue really is, so just as well we have more than one iron in the fire !

Wouldn’t concern yourselves that dividends won’t come. AB will invariably place his Foundation interests first, and as a Registered Charity its income will be tax exempt anyway. Lesser mortals worry unduly about money, the riches of life lie elsewhere !
