Guess most Candidates are rather nervous of that new sanction preventing all UK Accountancy firms doing any work for Russia, not that Poly is Russian….just happens to work there, so come on what’s the problem !

Kazakstan are in a very unenviable position. Being an ex. USSR State they still rely heavily upon Russia for its own security whilst equally trying to show neutrality to the outside world, to avoid what Liz Truss has already said, that sanctions imposed on Russia / Belarus aren’t off the table for other States seen to be complicit with Putin. And of course they still owe Putin a very large favour, he has yet to call in ! Interesting dynamics.

Think you’ll find the sane ones cashed out with their significant profits sometime ago !

You will of course be aware that many Institutions painfully adhere to ESG guidelines to keep shareholders happy, hence the likes of Oil Stocks are persona non grata to most. War is somewhat on a different level , so even those Companies with loose connections to Russia may find Investor appetite and II support waining . The Welsh valleys may soon get rather crowded !!

Think you’ll find Nord Stream 2, is now an abandoned project. Even that German
giant BASF ( a co- funder ) wrote down its investment within its Q1 Results. We’re entering into a new world , that Russia with Putin is excluded from !

Yes I did at the time think that purchase by Sharon Molloy, wife of COO, purchasing 95,000 Shares on 14/03 at 262p was revealing, and glad I topped up again on the back of it. Remain intrigued as to how NR will finally capitalise on his holding here, and will hang on till then !

Not ridiculous at all….it’s the way the MM’s protect themselves. Find another stock with such a spread and you’ll be witnessing a similar distressed situation…this is not manipulation, just sensible practice at the front end.
