Excellent news…..doubt we’ll see any real further weakness in SP but should that happen it will aggressively be taken advantage of !

Likewise use their service frequently, simple and cost effective but couldn’t be tempted at the IPO Price. Generally problems follow on once greed of Directors and Financial Advisors dictates issue price. Personally thought 350p would have been more realistic and destruction of SP wouldn’t have happened with the resultant knock in sentiment, but that’s of little consequence to those who exited on the Open !

In the event of any further delay it would be far preferable to see Suspension, otherwise there’s nowt to prevent further weakness in SP.

Agree , it’s time for the Company to come clean. Twelve months on from DD it seems like no creditable offer was ever received hence the comment looking at other interested Parties. Are they still interested , well most Shareholders don’t know that’s for sure. Suspect as usual you’ll have to ‘ read between the lines’, whenever that Annual Report sees the light of day ! Not good enough.

Comments about Disclosure Rules reminded me of that Hong Kong hedge fund ARCM, which over two years up to July 2019 failed to make 155 notifications to the FCA and another 150 disclosures of its position in Premier Oil ( now Harbour Energy ) and thus managed to built a 16% short position which then took another 106 trading days to be disclosed !!
Not suggesting any impropriety on DS’s behalf, but like Tax Returns, they don’t always get submitted on time !.

I noticed that Bridgewater Associates ( probably the Worlds Largest Hedge Fund ) have recently placed Short Bets totalling $10.5bn against 28 European Stocks, they believe are still way overvalued. Doubt BOO are on than list, but its an interesting sign of how some see the re-adjustment of Valuations playing out. The ethics of it all is an interesting one !

…glad I just tuned in as that’s very reassuring ! A task most others complete in half the time. Just hope nothing a wee bit more complex, like a Sale, turns up…..they’ll first need to renegotiate License Expiry dates !

Little point in guessing here, as this delay must be down to others ie. the Auditors, and as they haven’t been able to sign off for months now it’s difficult to know their problems, only that there must be / has been one !

Intriguing, guess it won’t be long before we discover who, but irrespective good to see this alone has the possibility to underpin financials.

@Folio. Sorry bud but from the LSE Rule Book “The Exchange will Suspend AIM companies which are late in publishing their half-yearly statement or their annual accounts, pursuant to rule 40” . And unfortunately for EUA the extension period allowed during Covid expires 28/06/22 !

“ The delay could be due to the asset sale” …we’re dealing with last years accounts here. The priority must be to prevent Suspension, which is what generally happens if Accounts not signed off in time !

Well that’s all good stuff but feel most here are just focused on the real issue of the day, and that’s will the Company meet its Legal Filings deadline !!

Problem is THG doesn’t declare how much growth is organic. Seems like MM just buys Sales, having spent £768 million on acquisitions last year alone which blew quite a hole in the £760m raised not forgetting £189 m on Capex so little surprise year-end net cash fell from £283m to £44.4m. Suspect next time he needs more money the Market won’t be quite so willing to help, unless he can declare a profit this year. Should have done a deal !

I suspect AB doesn’t have a very balanced portfolio…..well neither do I now !

Yes the ESG brigade will love this ! That said the current Management have lifted PFD out of the ‘Darby Doldrums’ so no complaints from me. Fully expect to exit in a few years at a much better price !

Frankly in these days of global connectivity the excuse of “ geopolitical circumstances, the annual audit is running behind schedule” is wearing a bit thin. With pre-planning plus 8 weeks after YE before hostilities even kicked off, they should have been well on top of events by then. They’re not exactly Glencore ( who took 12 weeks to release their Annual Report ) . Not impressed if this is an insight into how they run the Company !
