Beware of the falling knife. Momentum is a very powerful force in investing.

It is down over 30% over the last 3 months. This is the worst ever 3 monthly performance so it is understandable why some are concerned.
Personally it is only a small part of my portfolio so I am not overly concerned, you can't pick winners all the time.

It's not a no brainer CHILTING, if you had been buying on the dips over the last few months you would be seriously out of pocket.

Personally I am completely dispassionate about my investments, I am happy to sell any one when it no longer fits my criteria.
HMSO remains a high risk investment, even before the pandemic rental and asset values were falling, rent collected from retailers dropped to 15% for the 1st quarter of this year and the number of retailers launching CVAs has risen. I'm not quite so sure why you are so in love with HMSO.

What are you doing on here. All you have done since it was £3.50 is forecast doom and gloom , I hope nobody has listened to you or they would have missed out on a 50% gain.
Why don't you concentrate on companies that you want to invest in.

Very encouraging that on a very bad day for the FTSE it still does relatively well.

On average stock prices go up, if you don't invest you make nothing. It is impossible to time the market, there have been doom merchants around for a while, they have forecast 10 of the last 2 crashes.
I will sell some at the end of the month but only because it has done so well that it is now too big a proportion of my portfolio, it is still top of my list in terms of positive momentum.

To be fair to KANDO, there is an awful lot of nonsense posted on this BB.

Thanks BAMPS, I think it was on your advice on the TW board that I first bought GGP at 5p and 10p so many thanks for that.

You may well be right about the future for GGP but all my investing is based on recent positive momentum and unfortunately GGP fails on that score at the moment.

Sold my last GGP shares for a nice profit of 129%, it was nice whilst it lasted but the positive momentum has long since gone. Back to serious investing now rather than the gamble of AIM.

I have bought in here based on recent strong momentum.
