End of April or 1st week of May
Same, just grabbed another 52,785 shares
I think next RNS states that AM has stood down but remains on the board, see where the SP goes then
Just had the check google
"When are quarterly figures due please?"
Q1 update last year we had mid May
Not once have I said the bonds were replacing the senior debt, I said we have a new type of senior debt (alongside the $42M) in the form of BONDS which were drawn before the 31st March. Nowhere in the statement below sys it was to replace the existing debt:
"The Company is working closely with its professional advisers to negotiate and secure a new senior debt facility, which the Company is targeting to draw down prior to 31 March 2023."
ITTD- You do understand that BONDS are a type of senior debt? Was this not achieved and drawn by 31st March?
"On another note crude oil back at $80 and we’re currently unhedged :D"
That's why I believed it to be important that AM added current production levels into the RNS so we could have a feel of what the companies currently earning
"Another deadline for RBL missed "1st Feb RNS : The Company is working closely with its professional advisers to negotiate and secure a new senior debt facility, which the Company is targeting to draw down prior to 31 March 2023."
What do you think the BONDS were?
Yes, that was the only point I was disappointed in
They've only now just had the money, how could they procure?
"Cyprus be nice to know if JV discussions still progressing"
MD&A- Read it, its all there
Tired of a poster who’s like a broken record day in day out!
Hit that filter button
#SILLYBILLY
I believe the permits we received for drilling are not habituated by sage grouse so we should be fine to drill
"and if it did only cost 2 million, we would have started it already"
What a stupid comment, do you really think we had the spare cash to carry out these improvements? Now we have, we can box on with CC recompletions and the upgrades
Tell them to go back & take some Math lessons
I'd hope so Shouston as we only have today as a waiver for liquidity covenant
“no tangible evidence of funds going to good use to improve production.”
There's also a small matter of the BHs appointing a member to the board. You really think they are going to allow the company to be run like it has... not a chance. They will be all over this IMO
“A good example, someone earlier said that 5.4p was the lowest the BH could sell for as a break even, but we are already below that”
If you’re referring to me then I said that was the break even for the BHs, if for arguments sake they got rid of so many yesterday at the higher price then they can sell lower today! Do the math
