Ben Richardson, CEO at SulNOx, confident they can cost-effectively decarbonise commercial shipping. Watch the video here.
Makes no difference unless the lead investor begins to convert, all others that made up the bond holders already gone
"He stated JV by end October, nobody put words in his mouth."
I suggest you take a look at the LSE interview above under COPL media from 25min, what he actually said was:
" I would 'LIKE' to do that this month as well"
Stop talking so wet, an RBL is given on the reserves, these are often given to NON-PRODUCERS so your theory is hot air.
"I was in pre RTO I would be down about 75% from memory if I hadn't sold"
If granny had balls, she'd be grandad
"believe “ large recognised oil company” was the only thing mentioned before wasn’t it?"
Yes, it was, and I don't believe CWC fits into that bracket, I for one have never heard of them before
"Oil prices are 50% down from their recent high"
When did the WTI oil prices hit nearly $150 recently?? The current WTI prices are actually working in our Favour as we carry out our workovers, production is low and we're not losing as much on our hedge price, so our swaps are much better. Hopefully as our production begins to rise so will the WTI oil prices.
Maybe production figures held back to after hours today as there will be an RNS in the morning! Here’s hoping
Can definitely tell we are due an update soon, been very quiet the last few days but low and behold the tribe has returned to save us all.
Good find Tiburn, nice to see things moving along in the background : )
Dreadful performance Baserite- Ramsey looked way out of sorts, can tell a few have had limited game time beforehand
shut up CRYBABYWOLF, if he was gonna raise, he would have done it way before now
Bond principal amt: $25.2m
Issue price: 78%
=$19.6m
Current converted bond equals $2.8Million which leaves.... you guessed it $16.8M or cornerstone investors bonds, same figures as stated or sedar
Well said AJEP
We are yet to be proven otherwise yet, if we get another RNS with bond conversions anytime soon then we know the so called 'cornerstone investor' is also selling up, until then, we have to assume not
"If the bond holders weren't selling there would have been a TR1 by now"
No one is saying they are not, were all hoping the 'cornerstone' investor is keeping hold of his bonds, the rest have converted and are selling, that is obvious
Agree Shouston, the amount left (I believe) is the amount the cornerstone investor holds so will be interesting to see how it plays out from here
My only hope is that the BH remaining is our ‘cornerstone’ invested and no more will be converted for the foreseeable future! My fingers are crossed as if you do the math it all seems to add up
“Looks like the MMs are going to be walking this down to the BH new conversion price until the company can prove this is not the case. COME ON ART FFS”
Stand by my post from last week, only an RBL to show the market that the bonds will not reset to this lower level is what is needed ASAP, failure to deliver on this will mean further SP pain for us LTHs
"It means we want to drill the 6 wells first"
Someone with a bit of common sense
"I try not to post on hear, but I read a lot of the goings on on a daily basis since I started holding here for the last 8 months" You literally opened your lse account 9 days ago! Clear Off is the nicest of ways
