Yes Matt T B Ive been in and out of MARS a few times over the years and watched it for many years .. They have been through a bit of a down time and a few years ago did a deal with New river the REIT. They sold off some off their loss making properties and have re organised themselves A recent �55 mill accusation of Charles brewing Co was a good sign.. A decent yield and low buying in price, hopefully makes it a long termer ...... Plus people always find a bit of spare cash to go out for a drink and pub grub

My EUR NZD short came good after all... It was hairy watching it go to within a spit of my stop, but turned on the dot and i grabbed back 23 points. Then I opened up a short on EUR GBP a nice exhaustion candle and currently 8 points up and holding.. Ps all eaters and drinkers now go to Marston pubs and eat and drink please... Ive got a nice yield but some growth would be good as well...... Get drinking fellow posters! cheers

Hi Guys Nice work on your trades Task I missed USD JPY altogether, which wasa shame>>>>> I had a short running on USD CAD and got stopped out on a spike . Also currently running a short on EUR NZD and not looking too good a bit off a disaster day for me today!. Ive also got a short on Boohoo and just about at break even... I put �2.5K Into Marstons (MARS) for my income P/F 6.5 % yield . Good luck all

Hi all, wish every body good investing and trades........... Task dont know how you got on with NZD USD last night . If you had took my advice you would have been stopped out .......... ( better safe than sorry etc) ......... So i hope you didn't and are still in, Its stubbornly refusing to roll over still.. will keep an eye on it. I've had 4 small trades today all shorts two on the EUR GBP and two on the USD JPY not a massive amount of point 25 ..... Oh two points on a short on Marks & S ........ so not a bad day i guess . GS Etherium seem so be racing!!........... this time next year you will be a millionaire

Hi Task be careful on that I wouldn't say its turned south yet! I am waiting for a trigger. It could just as easy go north still!! Stick your stop at 7193 if you are staying short over night....... good luck

I am pondering on NZD USD at the moment waiting to see if its going to break north or south. Its still looking bullish but could turn soon! Ive just looked at your GBP USD ... Its not terribly clear is it ?

Hi Task believe or not i am still in on UDS JPY put my stop at 11317.9 Just in case in bounced which it has but maybe setting up a bear flag i hope........ When i opened it I was hoping it was going to drop straight down to the 50 fib but didnt but still in . Have to say though i am not terribly confident about this one Had two positions running on EUR AUD they both happily limited out at 15260 so good on that one so i am running approx just above break even at the moment for the day

Hi Task. Ok. re your terminology thanks for explanation. I tend to use fibs. Trends. support and resistance and price action, triggers etc on various timeframes . Nice work on both your trades .. It looks like they were both a bit volatile from what you said. I am short on EUR AUD and now short on USD JPY opened them both about 14 20 hrs. today. Lets see how they go !! Task your terminology: What do you mean by s1 and 1 unit short and 4 hr lB ? Ive had 4 trades over Wed and Thurs all shorts on EUR GBP AUD JPY USD JPY GBP AUD all successful but not a massive amount of pips but good enough. Best trades were yesterday and today i manged to pick two nice shorts on EZJ It was a bit rock and rolling but got there. Another new thing i learnt today. I was trying to sell some share in my P/F at 12 noon and couldn't get a price phoned up the stockbroker and they told me that for 2 minutes after 12 the midday auction is underway and you cant get a price........ Learn something new every day.. Good luck all

Ive had this Aussie flu and its knocked me back a bit but good to see some new names on the board and as GS says all are welcome.. very welcome Some interesting picks for the competition. I am considering putting a �1 a point on all of them and see what happens? . Will our fund beat the market again? Task....... draged myself back to the markets today had a short on GBP AUD limit out at 15 points a short on USD JPY limit out at 20 points . Task and any fellow forex traders.... Tip when you are shorting currency pairs use the ask price for your stops.Thats the one that hits your stops and not the default mid price.... its higher than the default mid price and take yours trade when you cant see it.. I had a trade running over Christmas and it got closed 7 points away from my stop but still got stopped out. As per usual i complained and told them to put the money back in my account ( which never works lol) and it was this dammed ask / mid / bid shenanigan price thing again...... Task nice work on you Aud cross a decent profit. I am still in my pair and it' currently negative. I'll review my T/A tonight and see what's to be done . Asian markets open Christmas day at 11 pm I think so fx up and running Closed out my Silver long though which put a decent smile on my face! . It had an astonishing climb on Friday. GS I saw crypto currency went a bit crazy on Friday but I believe it will settle down again. . Got to ponder some .P\ F Shares to buy over the holiday .I have 2.5k to put somewhere. Happy Christmas one and all, just returned from town Christmas shopping / food etc. Its ramming everywhere and no where to park!! Task nice work on the AUD /USA i see it broke the double top and kept on going. Everything looking a bit unpredictable at the moment as the big traders close up shop. I am still stuck in my NZD /USD short and have a horrible feeling its going to turn into a swing trade. ( i hate swing trades) . Hi Task gave up on my AUD JPY short on a loss........ Two losses in a row, golden rule cuts in. : which is leave it alone for a while : otherwise i end up chasing losses and trading on emotion. ! So been pondering why it went against me and dont really know yet. It could have been some pattern i missed or traders are using today as Friday ( re Christmas holidays kicking in) and squaring up and closing puts and calls. I will take a look i hate it if i cant figure out the cause of it going wrong. So not been on since went to pub with Mrs Optimus for some pub grub and a pint and feel much better. Gs so you are picking Saga for the comp are you? I guess you best get the broom now then should be some bargain brooms at the hardware stores in January Lol Put me down for Zoo digital (ZOO) . Task...... Forex doing my head in at the moment. AUD USD just ranging. I re entered AUDJPY last night and got stopped out! humbug !!! Picked up some points on the GBP AUD long then reentered AUD JPY short was going well but the ASX 200 and Nikkie just arent playing ball.

am out of AUD JPY for now had a couple of scalps out of it. Will re enter if it start to move plus few shorts on EUR GBP and NZD USD............. I shoud have stayed in AUD USD short that s moved a fair bit ... What next i wonder

re thought my stop on AUD JPY now at 8663 Its a bigger risk but i need to go out and dont want to be freeting to much . Also currently short on AUD USD but wont hang around in there too long......... whoops out of AUD USD scalped it for 5 points

OK IG ive not had any issues.......... Try chrome browser that is the one they recommend and you have to have something or other enabled in chrome ( but cant remember what it is ) if it comes to me i post it lol . I really take your point about complexities.......... i do find Forex incredibly complex which is probably why i am so cautious my self and tend to run small positions!! its all just based on speculation and probabilities isn't it? Thanks for explaining about your trades >>>>>>>>>> when you put K in front of them i thought you were talking in thousands and not hundreds. ( which of course would put you in the Super rich league ). I ve just opened a short on AUD JPY with a stop at 8653..
