Not techno savvy myself but if the Occulus go works in 4k that's the best that it can get right, even though MVR are making videos in 8k and 12k. Am I right in thinking that for an even better experience it has to be on a platform that operates in 8 or 12k ?

Technical analysis indicates that this this share will drop as far as 8p with no other news as that's where the next resistance line is. However the RSI indicator suggests that it is oversold ie it is undervalued which makes a big rise likely. But that wont happen without a trigger ie news. However the blindingly obvious suggests that MVR have no interest in keeping the price up and we can only speculate as to why. One of two things will happen, there will either be a very sizeable bounce back or the company goes down the pan. Only MVR knows which is true and they are not saying, or doing or thinking. All IMO of course.

Looks as though facebook were just stringing MVR along to stall them. When all the time they were planning there own live music app. Meanwhile we have lost our other partners like Windows and Sony. Just an impression I get but there may be something I don�t know about.

From a purely football point of view you are better off going with the PlayStation or Samsung gear, you can see what you are getting. Some things are more important than making money. Facebook have been caught with their pants down and Melody have been caught with no pants at all. Reminds me of a song I know. It had to be Q1 but no, they go in Q2 because they are smart and know what they are doing. Well 18p to 11p is how smart they are.

Lets hope Melody get on playstation as well before the world cup, not long to go now. There is going to be a captive audience all using these headsets so I hope to high heavens MVR have the means to exploit it. May be even the retailers will finally spring to life. MVR's performance since launch has been abysmal. It may part of a master plan but I wish I knew what it was. It seems as though they are intentionally not trying. Its as if they are trying to keep the share price down for someone. Hopefully someone will gate crash the party and drive the price back up. The RSI shows this share massively oversold so it wont take much to push it upwards. All IMO.

Pretty soon clubs and sports organisations will cotton on to the fact that they could sell VR separately to TV rights. Well played Auntie for sneaking in under the bar. My grasp of the technology is not so good but how easy is it to convert a 360 video file into a 45 degree video for use on venues. Presumably if it were possible it would have greater definition.

Whole lot of nothing to talk about at the moment hence the share price dropping like a stone. Could be a long hot summer ahead. I am sure Melody are doing something, just not sure what exactly apart maybe from following the NDA's which say they will do nothing. Maybe they are preparing a nice low share price for a nice big buyer.

Still a lot of milestones to hit. News of revenue. Occulus go in retail stores. Launch on other platforms. First live concert. Occulus Santa Cruz launch Christmas

RBBe, like you I am not an expert in the pop industry. Imagine you can snap your finger and be anywhere in the the world you want to be. This app right now is the closest you will get to that. I wouldn't say its in its infacncy because they have over 6000hrs of footage. But with technology in this area VR getting better daily VR could be described as the next big growth area. You are right about revenue it does matter but as iimportant as the amount of revenue is the direction of travel. Everyone has to make a judgment as to whether revenue will rise or fall. At present the app has launch on two platforms one of which has only just launched itself and only in two countries. Some would argue that when its more platforms and more countries then the revenue can only increase month by month.

Whenever there good news, badnews or in some cases no news there is always an overeaction in the market. Some can read the signal and will move in and out of a share others will hold no matter what. Each to theire own but as I see it today the shares are oversold so will rise to a sustainable price then steadily rise as good news comes in. No doubt the revenue figures when they come out will have an effect but given that the app is not fully launched it would be easy to read more in to them than you should.

These guys are about setting up a business not actually running it. I though a buyout after Christmas was likely but the way the sp is going it could be sooner.

Technical analysis is unclear what the base is. If its thirteen then it should slowly head back up to 18p over a month. But it may not have hit the bottom yet and it could be 12p. Melody don't seem keen on setting the world on fire just yet. All IMO.
