IMO I think its a probability not a fantasy.
If the share price crashes or MVR runs out of money they will have no choice but to sell.
They may well be caught in a pincer movement with all there various bedfellows pulling the rug from underneath them then pick over the bones.
Despite what any may think about the performance of MVR management, they are in possession of a golden egg and everyone would like to get there hands on it.
It wouldn't surprise me a big company steps in from out of the blue and buys MVR under everyones noses.
Lets face it, if you were Richard Branson wouldn't you have one eye on them.
By hunch though is that Facebook already have everything tied up in an NDA, most likely with the agreement of all partners.
