Comms have never been good.
I have used various adjectives to describe it but they seem very thick skinned.
I daresay the same comms director is still in his post so that would explain it.

Well BA I am not making as much as I was but who is.
Had I not traded when I did I would be making a loss.
My money is my responsibility and if I lose it is my fault but a share price that crashes is always the responsibility of the board.
Informative you are a bit blinkered at times.
For share to crash from 18p to 5p is not something that can be ignored, and to be shorted at 5p at that.

Well wayneb, when MVR had very little the share was at 12p, when they had quite a lot it was at 18p.
Now they have everything and the price is 5.5p.
You can argue that shorters can push a share down but there are limits to that argument.
To me it spells an incompetent board with a good product that is why Merian are shorting it IMO.
The money that was put into this share will only return when there are signs of a takeover.
The new appointment suggest to me that could be closer than we think.

Good question who is the global media channel.
What is point on having it on a global media channel and not saying who it is.
I firmly believe that the board is incompetent but despite that they will do well because they are sitting on a golden egg.
They will do well because a big company will eventually buy that golden egg for a high price.
The MVR board have allowed the price to fall from 18+ to 4+ given what they have in there possession.
What they have been good at is giving our shares away cheaply to their friends.

I just hope MVR don't do there usual trick of saying nothing for weeks on end.

IMO this concert is no more than a test but a very important one.
They have used Liam Payne to maximise the number of people watching it,
If it fails only LP fans will know about it not the general public as there has been little or no advertising to anyone that isn't looking for it.
At the back of investors mind is the prospect of technology failing which would explain the falling share price and why MVR have not announced any more live concerts yet.
It might also explain why Merian still have their short on.

I think the sp will follow the same pattern as the launch.
Rising until the 19th then pulling back the next day.
If they have any sense they will announce the next live concert before it starts.

I am going to give a piece of advice about something I know nothing about and its this.
They need to make everyone wearing a headset feel as if they are the lucky ones because they are closer to the music.
Nobody from the US or Europe or anywhere in the world will be watching this show because they will all be in London.

Merian have succeeded in what they wanted to do and get the SP down as low as possible.
Now that they have, others may decide to take advantage of it before they do.
In the coming days I would expect to start hearing news on the radio and perhaps TV as well.
Interesting to note that while the Oculus go has appeared in John Lewis they are nowhere to be seen at PC world.
Will there be an RNS tomorrow ? who knows but there should be.
One thing is for sure, if Merian remove their short it will go up fast at the end of the day.

Well I had it down as 50-50 but they have done the business.
I confess I didn't know who Liam Payne was but I am clued in enough to know who One direction are and how big they are.
If they do announce more concerts between know and spring I can only see a steady rise leading up to the launch of the Quest.
I would still like to see launch on all channels as promised.
News of the concert still isn't known to the general public so I see this rising further over the next week.
Hard to say who.s doing the buying, private investors or Merian trying to be sneaky.
The buys ar coming in at one a minute at present inc a £14.1k in the last 15mins.

A subtle way of telling everyone to sell before it reaches 2p.
The problem for anyone wanting to sell know is that you could wake up in the morning and find out that shares in EVRH have been suspended.
However 2p is not impossible nor is sub 1p but chartists will tell you that in the absence of news it is likely to sink to 3p then hover a little before sinking further ...…..all IMO
I have said before that the opportunity to make money is there when the share price falls if you know when it is going to rise.

The failure of any of the points to come to pass would explain the collapse of the share price from 18-5p
More so than shorters I would say.
If there is going to be a live concert in 2018 Merian will know when IMO.
I would be very surprised if the short did not come of just before an announcement were made.

IMO I think its a probability not a fantasy.
If the share price crashes or MVR runs out of money they will have no choice but to sell.
They may well be caught in a pincer movement with all there various bedfellows pulling the rug from underneath them then pick over the bones.
Despite what any may think about the performance of MVR management, they are in possession of a golden egg and everyone would like to get there hands on it.
It wouldn't surprise me a big company steps in from out of the blue and buys MVR under everyones noses.
Lets face it, if you were Richard Branson wouldn't you have one eye on them.
By hunch though is that Facebook already have everything tied up in an NDA, most likely with the agreement of all partners.

Seen the Oculus in JL for the first time.
They are there for anyone to use if they know how but the staff don't have a clue how they work.
There were some badges displayed showing some apps but MVR were not one of them.
The salesman showed zero interest in selling it to me and unless I see a demo I have no interest in buying it.
The best thing MVR can do is send out reps to all these stores to demo our app,
I think they will be glad of some help because they seem clueless.

Nobody in MVR has ever said that they are turning there backs on Sony,Microsoft or Vive because of closer links to Facebook.
I said, its all about the Santa Cruz or Quest as we know it and delaying everything until then.
It remains to be seen if live concert happens this year IMHO its 50-50.
