Any offer made would be based on the actual share price but a bidding war would be basewd on the potential price and also what the buying company could make out of it. If Amazon bought the company and Facebook didn't how much would Facebook lose.
If youy think its against the law then report it to the FCA.I have found them to be quite responsive. Finally people are starting to realise that a "forthcoming Oculus device" does not necessarily mean the Oculus Quest. Facebook have even said that's it "Oculus Quest for games and Oculus go for experiences" Sites tat say its on the Quest are simply fake news. For once MVR didn't lie, they have never ever said it will be on the Quest. I see an RNS coming soon but not for launch on the Quest but for fund raising to develop this fictional device. I think we are back to square one now bankruptcy or buyout.before Christmas. Worth staying in only for the possibility of a buyout IMO.
Only 2 options now. I don't see MVR moving forward as a entity on its own and I wouldn't really want it to. Right product wrong board. Do us all favour and put the company up for sale. All IMO.
The only way to find out Jeppers is to report it to the FCA. There is probably some loophole in the law to say they can say what they want on there website. A certain big name in business found out to his cost that you can't at least not on twitter.
There are varying opinion around the houses MSN money and others. This one shows it at 100% sell when its this low. https://www.barchart.com/stocks/quotes/EVRH.LS/opinion The vibes I get from this company is that of incompetence and a company that is out of its depth. The sooner they put it up for sale the better. Just imagine what Iqiyi would if they got there hands on it. They have the headset, the distribution but all they need is the content.
Jaknife - He is on the ADVFN chat line. I wouldn't like to misquote him but he/she basically said that this company is all about selling shares not a product. Been doing it for the last 3 years.
Well I for one am keeping this chestnut in the fire in case its bought out but that's the only reason. If MVR were going to be on the Quest or whatever it is why would they not say it now. The only reason would be to manipulate the share downward. Whether it goes up or down the MVR board have long since lost my trust. I don't think they are business people I think they are share jockeys tugging on the neck of their horse. All IMO.
I think Smith Trader is right. Directors are now feeding of the carcass of this company by paying themselves large sums of money money for doing nothing. The staff are only there as pawns to give the allusion of a going concern. Think this will hit 1.5p by the end of the week. All IMO of course.
It could have gone either way today and its gone down. I don't know if an AIM share can be de listed but I think the game for us is now over . This is now just a junk share with potential. The best thing the board can do now is put the company up fore sale. The company is more valuable to someone else than it is to MVR.
For those like me who have no idea what beatsaber is its a game where the beats of music come flying at you and you slash them away. Getting back to the business of the SP I think tomorrow and Tuesday will see a significant fall or rise in the share price based on which way its manipulated by vested interests. Judgment day however comes when everyone gets there hands on the Quest and Oculus S on or after 21st. At that point what happens tomorrow will look like small fry which ever way it goes. All IMO.
There are positive posts, negative posts and balanced posts done of which will affect the share price, That will be determined by events in the next few days. If MVR are worth there salt they have to do the business.
Not really dramatic. If things don't pan out as we expect there are not that many options unless Facebook were to get there check book out again. The SP can only flatline for so long then it has to swing one way or the other,.
I am expect an RNS on Monday or Tuesday next week but if it doesn't happen then the sp will more than like go sub 2p.Failure to be on the Quest or Oculus S on 21st will see this return to a penny share. I can only see boom or bust. If its bust and I hope it isn't then its either a buyout or into the hands of administrators. If its the latter there is quite a lot up for grabs, the licences, the deals and, the content to be disposed of. We should at least get our money back. If its a buyout I think it will be Amazon simply because they have the financial clout to outbid anyone. It will be goodbye Facebook and thanks for your help. All the above IMO of course.
I a warped kind of way I am kind of pleased with myself. I said would go down before it went up. Just hope I am right about the next bit. The key figure for me is the revenue up from £6000 to £1.2 million an exponential growth. All that with no serious attempt to advertise. It basically means the potential is still there if only they would get on with it. At this price a definite buy IMHO if only I could.
