Oh dear gentlemen you are such nice people. Sometimes I feel CPX is on the Moscow SE where any dissent is not tolerated and you are subject to arrest by the Tech Tom police. People never personally insult you so why do you feel the need to insult others. To me it shows a lack of manners. Life is after all about opinions and despite all your positive posts the SP continues to stagnate and people are entitled to speculate as to why. I have been in for 2 years now and am 50% up which is good but at this time last year I thought the predicted rocketing would have happened by now. I still believe it will happen it is just a question of how long some people are prepared to wait. Have a nice day.

Can incidentally any one explain what is going on with Spire. OK we knew order was placed in August with delivery Nov--March. So what is the reason for the "free samples". Is it because they cant sell 'em or are there problems? No criticism just trying to establish likelihood of the suggested follow on order coming to fruition.

Well chaps I am amused with all the conspiracy theories about my motives. It seems that the rampers adopt the best form of defence is to attack principles as regards me. I don't seek for anyone to agree with me but just to listen to my concerns. But I am glad to see that others are now saying this has gone on long enough and set a time limit. Absolutely Parkez. All I have ever attempted to do is say all that glisters is not gold. There are people who exist to part you from your money . Spotting who they are and proving it are two different things. In the case of CPX there is much promise, whether it is worth the paper it is written on well only time will tell. Everything posted on here is speculation. Delivery is what matters. Like you Parkez experience has taught me to be wary.

It was incidentally Pugg1ey who asked the question on Thurs at 1417. If one was to apply the multiples of 1.4 and 4 to Murata and AVX respectively this would generate and extra $1.2m (270% increase) for FY18 and align with forecast . But H1 figures do not indicate this is happening.. This leaves an additional $2.5m (increase 240%) to be realised in FY19. Still its all fairly meaningless

Parkez. Yes I have generally commented about royalty income but I did not specifically ask the question as to who contributed what. What has been said is that royalty income (excluding licence fees) was to be the main contributor to the company breaking even and all I have said is well as royalties only contribute about a sixth of total revenue currently then there has to be a huge percentage increase. That's all I have said. The rest is all noise. The truth is none of us knows. Many posters on here simply ignore the signs, blame everybody else and say don't worry its all going to be OK. Its up to individuals whether they believe them. Equally if and when the SP rockets I shall be jumping for joy just like everyone else. But I have seen "dead certs" come and go. The next 6 months is make or break for me. Still its only money

Let�s be clear there was debate about current royalties and their contribution to total revenue. Somebody asked the question about who paid what and I commented about the fact that until recently Murata had not generated a lot so far and that as far as I (and many others knew) Murata had not paid any licence fees. Parkez has proved that sometime ago they did. Well done. I have also established a base for FY12 for Murata of $47k. Given that the bar chart at 17 mins of the Oct seminar now shows FY17 at about 760, this means Murata�s contribution last year was about $350k i.e. almost exactly half of the recorded total income. So there you have it, AVX and Murata at the moment contribute equal shares. The experts on here will know which of the two will generate the most ongoing, although as I have said previously currently it generates less that one fifth of total revenue. Only trying to help chaps. Have a pop as much as you want it makes no difference to me and yes I am still in.

Cant remember who it was but they were trying to work Murata's contribution to royalties. I think in the Oct presentation there was a bar chart of the percentage progressions . This statement from the 2013 results should enable you to do that 2013 Murata's sales volumes and associated royalties generated from the super capacitor business remains disappointing at AUD$50k in the financial year. (2012: AUD$47k).

Financial results published but I ant get PDF to launch from web site. In understood these shares were due to be trading again shortly but nothing has happened. Does anyone have a grip as to timescales ?

I recently wrote to FTO about the lack of a market and the fact that there was such a small amount of free float viz less than 5%.. They refused to comment the likelihood of the company going private but referred me to p18 of the leaflet detailing free float requirements for LSE listed companies. Now I am not a business/share expert but the above lists a minimum requirement of 25%. Could anyone please comment on the above as I dont understand?

How does one gain admittance to the AGM? I recall that several years ago I was told I had to write to the Registrars (my shares are held in nominee account) but they never bothered to reply/ How does one establish that you are a shareholder? Also does anyone know the new venue as the previous one was notI am told not good if you didn't like heights?
