RE: FORECAST4 May 2018 13:54
The last 4 years H1 totals are 2.265m,1.644m,1.347m, and 1.545m. The following are the percentage of total revenue achieved in H2 for the first three years 48.93%,66.89%,67.48%. For this year to achieve forecast the percentage for H2 will need to be 70.85% of the total. All these figures show is that 14/15,15/16,16/17 there was not consistent growth in total revenue and that this years H2 total will need to be exceptional to achieve forecast. The amounts of AVX licence fees (not all known) does of course confuse matters. The bottom line is that Allenby are forecasting 17/18 and 18/19 as being the years of significant income growth. The previous Allenby forecast for 15/16 was 5.200m which outturned at 4.965m so not too bad but 16/17 was forecasted at 8.800m which was miles out at 4.142m. The summary is that 16/17 was supposed to the boom year now its18/19 telling us that the boom in forecasted sales has slipped two years. Read into that what you will.
