To put it into £ sterling, the potential annualised sales are £15m. First question does this include licence fees? Last years royalties were £400k so sales were £8million. So with the sales if you apply 20%? profit you make £3m. If you win half its £1.5m. A doubling of royalties makes you another £400k. So its extra profit of £2m-£.3.5m. In summary its all guess work. We still rely on AKs predictions.

Whatever percentage you apply you are starting off with about $350k each pa for AVX and Murata. Simply stating the facts so that everyone can decide for themselves what any increase is worth to the bottom line. Don't see anything controversial in that.

Welsh. I did not mention Murata as I considered them not relevant to the current (2018) debate. I believe they signed over 10 years ago. Nobody answered my question about a jury but would it be correct to assume that with a July trial the result will be out shortly afterwards?

The SP continues to fall as I suspect the infringement cases have given investors the jitters. Could someone advise the significance of requesting "trial by jury"? Is this usual as I would have thought this was a rather technical case requiring specialist decision makers. I know that AVX have recently been "caught out" and fined heavily so I understand that they are perhaps a bit more wary of trying it on, but how common is this sort of thing? . Does it happen all the time? For those with specialist knowledge what are the odds of us winning ? There has been a lot of talk of great IP but it has as yet not been tested (apart from AVX)

I agree with everything said. The implications here are massive and will truly test the strength of our IP. If we lose the surely we must face reduced revenue and increased legal costs. How deep are our pockets? . This situation is surely testing my resolve.

Sure I am a gambler (its only money). I don't criticise anyone other than the most important person who can affect my investment viz AK. And I couldn't care less what you think . All I want to do is exercise my feelings about my investment. The last 12 months has really all been about "jam tomorrow". Simples

FYI Jeffrey I have over £91k invested here. It is up yes but the implied timescales made by AK are IMO deliberately vague and the longer we go without definitive news the more the SP will drop. I will sell when I believe the time is right not when any third party tells me to. Come on England

I have kept a dignified silence of late. Ken and James no posters on this board requires yours or anyone else's support.
During recent months the SP alone has supported the lack of confidence in AK's predictions and that is the only support that means anything. Lets hope that some of the indicated plethora of enquiries come to fruition soon. As regards profit one assumes AVX licence fees have now stopped. As regards the real profit I agree doesn't even make points just rambles. I think GW got it right as he (the top supporter) appears to have sold up !!

The only thing which is blindly obvious is that the SP is plummeting and the rampers constantly come up with excuses. Anyhow the way "you people" speak to others has once and for all put me off this share. There has to be room for adverse comment. Welsh sates that CPX is not now about direct sales so why did they recently purchased new equipment (£2m was it ) . I accept that I don't have any technical knowledge of the product and its place in the industry but what I do know is that all the hype has produced nothing but a falling SP. That's me done. Like others I am leaving this board because it is full of sanctimonious condescending bullies. Such a shame

I have always urged caution with this share. I did however read something today which shocked me. I think Welsh said the much vaunted Thinline was too expensive for the IOT. Now 3 years later we are advised of its replacement which is not due to be launched until next year and this explains the lack of orders too date. Also three years on Auto projects and no deals yet. I must therefore seriously question what is the point of making wonderful technical products that nobody wants to buy. The buck here must stop with AK. Royalties are the one positive but as has been said before they wont on their own be enough to steer us to a profit situation. I fear a placing and a significant re rate of forecasts is due . For the first time I am seriously worried about my investment here. Lets hope that AK proves me wrong.

TT. No comments on here will directly affect the SP. It is meant to be about a discussion which informs investors. Only when good news arrives which in turn will drive sentiment, will the SP change . You are certain its coming others are less confident.

Sarnia. I am surprised that you needed to check your agreement but the next time you are there could also check whether freedom of speech allows you to make adverse comment as well as positive. Also it may pay to check with holders of ADL and AFC to see whether the CEOs (Whitby and Bond) who could do no wrong turned their hype into an increasing SP. I absolutely agree that all the indicators show that they are producing ground braking items, whether Kongats can sell 'em is a different matter and to date apart for signing up to AVX he aint done a lot in the last few years. Any where else he would be on his bike

I absolutely understand why videos like this are manna from heaven for those who enthuse endlessly. The concern is that AK clearly indicates that the end user is not yet converted to CPXs technology. This reasoning has been used before e.g. the automotive industry is reluctant to change. It therefore seems that CPXs is leading the exercise rather than the customer. This is not the traditional way of marketing. I do so hope that he is right and that the customer will eventually catch up. The question is how much of a gamble is it. I guess if it comes off we will all be rich
