Ah get it Private so basically all Directors are money grabbing gits. I understand the market rate principles but to me all Directors ultimate responsibility is to their shareholders who own the company. I know this will all be forgotten when we move into profit but my point is we aint there yet and with the current economic uncertainty anything could happen including it could all go TU.

While I know these share options may have been agreed if a member of the BOD buys shares on the cheap and then sells them, then for me it shows a complete disregard for the shareholders. All employees should be rewarded for good performance and I have no problem with that. But with CPX at a critical stage of its development (and not yet in profit) this to me sends the wrong message and that message is that ultimately all BODs look after themselves first

Iwgrod. the problem is that you opening accuse people of being trolls with no evidence, only opinion, What if someone accused is entirely innocent do you expect them not to defend themselves ?

Investors are simply taking funds out of stocks (not just CPX) as there are less risky places to invest in

Bumble/Ryan . I am now in contact with LSE admin and the FCA personally, while the LSE are in contact with "outside sources". They are also reviewing the account content of certain named posters. Fair enough Ironic but you must accept we are all different. I am heavily invested here and am quite happy to stay for the time being. Having said that I know that's its a gamble and feel that I am quite entitled to question any aspect of my investment. While you may not see the point of raising certain issues I don't see how raising endless obscure uses of S/Cs is relevant (turnover vanity etc) . The truth is that none of us can effect what AK does or how the company performs as we are just pawns in their game. CPX with a £3.3m turnover is a very very small outfit which only needs to make one bad decision and lose it all and that is why I try and understand every element of the business positive and negative.

Ironic. To ne fair I think you have hit the nail on the head when you say you want only positive things said about a share. Can I ask why? If you go to any football match half the supporters are moaning about their team and yet everybody goes and has a beer afterwards. Why is it so different with shares? It has been said that sometimes I remind people of the little nagging doubts all of us have . That's all I intend to do brings things into the open (excuse the pub) . Lately I have tried to understand the court and have been rubbished who see it as a done a deal and some sort of cash cow . Come on get real none of us know which way it is going to go for sure. TT you are seriously troubled. In a previous life I was an Audit Team Leader and probably know more about fiddling than you ever will. I can assure you the FCA (If indeed you have contacted them) will find absolutely nothing so please desist in your totally ridiculous tirade.

The evidence is AVX paid a total of £2.5m over three years as licence fees whereas we have no evidence that TDK paid anything so what would CDE have paid had they signed up? Or if you don't agree with that what do suggest a winning settlement would be and why .

The discussion was about the court case. I see any fine as being a retrospective payment for any licence fees they may have paid had they signed up in the first place plus an added amount to discourage any future transgressors. The question I was speculating about was what would have been the amount for CDE? Then having established the level what should the fine be . Come what may with CPXs annual turnover being just £3.3 pa I find predictions of many times their total annual revenue as being shall I say somewhat ambitious

Mrrobotic I would respectfully point out that your original post was headed facts but contained a lot of conjecture and speculation. Facts by definition are true. Incidentally what is the record re companies being fined huge amounts of money but never actually paying it? Some time ago I tried to trace some huge fine AVX had to pay to a small British medical outfit but could not find any trace of it. Clearly you need the punishment to fit the crime but given AVX paid £2.5m and TDK nothing it is difficult to say what is appropriate

I don't need to give any explanation I am just commenting on my investment as I see it . Incidentally I note CPX has appeared to quantify AVXs third payment at £750K so that's a total of £2.5m. Now they have ceased this will mean a similar pure profit lump sum will be need in 18/19 just to stand still. I really want to know what sort of game is being played with TDK? There is no talk of any licence fees (why?) and only on a par royalty payments. It therefore appears TDK have received some sort of special treatment with no apparent advantage to CPX. More details please AK . What has gone on? As regards next year we will have to deal with the uncertainty of the court case no doubt and of course there will be no 3v revenue until 19/20

Jimbo . You raised an important point about people being reminded about another loss . What is it now 14 consecutive years?. And this in a company which gets half its wage bill paid for by the Aussie government . The converse side is that I have an average in the 6ps so yes I have seen a growth but boy there is so much drivel written about the predicted sales on here. The difference is that the rampers only want to hear good things whereas I am more geared up to taking all the multi bagger predictions with a pinch of salt

But don't you agree JT that most of the rampers on here come up with all sorts of information which have little or no relevance to what CPX actually sells?. I don't pretend to have their technical knowledge but the balance sheet does not lie . Revenue in the last 4/5 years has been stuck in £4ms. And how long ago was the £2m placing to gear up production. I did say there would be a drop but even I did not suspect this amount . Even you must have a theory as to why its happening but please don't blame me.

So come on TT and all your pals what is your explanation for todays huge drop. You have nothing but some obscure conspiracy theory that the MMs are after our shares . Believe me it gives me no pleasure to have a negative view of CPXs performance but no matter which way you look at it you have believed all the hype whereas I am less convinced . Last year there was talk of what was it 177% increases in royalties and what did we get 29%. The previous year it was supplies issue. Every year there is a new reason to explain away the failure to grow as predicted. Having said that I sincerely hope AK proves me wrong next year but my confidence diminishes each year. Unfortunately at my time of life I wanted my multi bagger sooner rather than later and I just knew it was too good to be true. Heyho England beat Spain though. Its only money

Get real Ironic. Royalties are not going stratospheric. Murata have been with us for 10 years and are currently generating about £4k a week about the same as AVX so no big numbers. AVX and Murata have both paid their entry fees and we have absolutely no details about TDK. I just see more could/would/should and carefully chosen words that the "we are going to conquer the world" plan isn't quite so easy to achieve. I have been often accused of deliberately trying to undermine CPX but I have seen it all before and am just calling it as I see it. I am less confident than before that progress is being made at the expected rate and see this languishing until the H! trading update arrives in Mar 2018.
