Kencarv. I can guarantee that certainly in the last month I have not reported any posts and certainly none since TT subsided. I have only ever done it only perhaps three/four times in my life ever since TT went into report , report ,report mode. I may not agree with you but reporting seems somewhat puerile as what does it actually achieve?

Lets get it clear Tech Tom started it all by saying that he had reported me personally to his mates in the FCA and all my accounts were being reviewed and I should expect a knock on the door. He was then joined by his various cronies. After a while someone reported me to LSE and my account was suspended . I then had a conversation with LSE and they investigated and most of TTs abuse stopped. I also contacted the FCA and they advised that duplicate accounts on share forums was something which as strictly beyond their remit , So as far as I am concerned you can all huff and puff because its all tripe. If you don't want to read what I post then filter me. I don't abuse anyone but just would apprecia5e the same in return.

Well thought out debates achieves not a lot , its sales that matter. Even DTM doesn't sound 100% confident. Business is quite simple in my eyes i.e. you make a product to the specification that people want to buy. Then you get revenue. CPX say they produce world class products but as yet this "description" has not yet materialised in their sales figures. Yes you can all come up with "excuses/reasons". Its just when the "excuses/reasons" become permanent that I start to worry. I think 18/19 is the third "year of transformation". Lets hope its the last.

Ken Carv . You are quite welcome to ignore me. The point is that sometimes some people get what I am saying. If you are not one of them, that's fine. It's your opinion. I have never filtered anyone. If I don't agree with what they say I ignore it. I don't decry their right to an opinion. At the end of the day all of us are interested in just one thing i.e. seeing our investment going up. Given its my money invested I can whatever I like about how I see the custodians of my money are performing

Parkez. The problem is that some people actually believe everything they are told (no want to) . Question it and you are branded as a troll. The issue comes down to do you trust AK in what he says and or claims. I am sure he believes in what he says but you must make your own judgements on whether his historic claims give him a good track record. The jury is still out for me.

I agree Surprised its just I always look at the risks whilst hoping for the reward. The last couple of years have not gone as predicted. The situation now is a) royalties are about 20% of revenue and risk free b) own sales 80% of revenue are what medium risk given we have raised £4m to fund it and then there is c) court case, currently we don't know the costs involved here or the odds of winning so medium risk. 18/19 will be interesting, will royalties take a giant leap forward and will funds raised flow through large sales. Who knows .....you pays your money

We have raised £4 million in the last 22 months that's almost 1.5 years total revenue. 2018/19 has got to be a good year with many conversions into revenue. If not I fear for future viability

No mention at 28:10 of Oct 2017 video of the need for a placing. Think we are entitled to more details especially as the only new announcement since then is TDK and no money surrounding that . AGM crucial

My concern has always been that we are so small so much so that in the real world of business , we could easily make one expensive mistake and be gobbled up. Predators are everywhere and of course then there is the eternal question "what is AKs exit strategy? People moan because I look at the risks more than the upside but as always "a fool and his money are soon parted". I am still in because at my time of life money is not that important so what the hell. 30 years ago I would consider CPX as a gamble (but less risky than others)

In this case Parkez I don't really care how it was arranged , The fact that it was and in theory ours shares become worth less and we have to accept the reason given. In terms of shareholder value the first lesson anyone has to learn is that in the hierarchy of things our needs come a distant fourth behind those of the BOD, their mates and their Institutional investors, Despite holding the most shares we are told and know the least. So all we can do is hope we are along for the ride. When it comes to money trust no-one. The March results will tell all (and not forgetting the court case)

Well that's me told. Don't see why you get so wound up, its only my opinion. Like it or not AK has not yet led his company to a profit situation. This despite all of the "deal breaking" breakthroughs. potential licences , poettnetail deals and this despite having half his research costs paid for. My concern is that any "new" production enterprise will come with huge setup and resource costs which my take years to recoup and only survive in the meantime on further placings. It can be argued that the IIs know the situation but we don't . Still he is on record that this years H1 will see us go into profit. Lets hope he is right.

Iwgrod. All am I asking is what is the money for. You will recall the last placing was for a similar reason and I believe it was used to buy equipment. That expenditure has not been recovered in terms of revenue to date. Now we are spending more funds on a speculate to accumulate basis. All I ask is what is it being spent on. Only AK knows the true state of the finances. The difference between you and I is that you only look at the positives and believe everything you are told . I know from experience that life aint like that and tend to think what can ( and usually) does go wrong. For the last year or two CPX has treaded water in terms of moving towards profit. Now we are essentially borrowing money from shareholders on the promise it is need for the final push. Time will tell

Don't bother Dibs. Yes this is a share with a chance but its record on sales is not great to date. This share has been jam tomorrow for a long time but less so than others. Try saying that and you will be branded as a troll.

At the end of the day this is a dilution/ placing which for the time being will reduce the SP. Previous placings have not achieved the hoped for increase in sales. We need evidence of what it is being spent on and can only hope it will bare fruit.

Don't start me off about Brexit. I guess if we end up with a no deal all UK investors will be taking their money out of CPX so as to deal with a huge expected hike in the cost of living . There is no doubt the markets are likely to be turbulent for some tome to come. Lets hope CPX survives and blossoms
