Lol. Bit of poetic license . Last big trade after the bell for 45,000 shares at a very reasonably £2.64. After the UT trade. This is being unsubtly worked . Lord Lee is pretty positive this will get bought before too long. I guess the directors have plenty of options so no need to risk their own cash! The big capex spend is done to build state of art facility in Norfolk, UsA and a new depot in France. All this with a new CEO and CFO inside a year with a bit of a blip in the winter. Do t think it would realise the full potential with a takeover which would be annoying, but his lordship knows people in the know!

Bit early days to gauge what effect this conflict will have on individual companies. The closure of the Straits of Hormuz would not be helpful. Indirectly many gulf companies will be impacted to short term effects but thy can’t give a running commentary in such an unpredictable situation. They have operations in North west Europe and Mexico and are looking to expand business to Asia also. In hindsight it might have been better to wait a couple of weeks before re entering. I bought back half my previous position here . It impossible to call. It could end as suddenly as it irrupted. I suspect Israel will only accept the capitulation of the Current Iranian regime, which in truth is possibly what 90 percent of the world wants whether they admit it or not. Will we get anything better? Would be hard to imagine it could be worse but may bd far from perfect.

Iain Staple interviewed by Paul Hill on Vox markets seem to think it’s best in class and unfortunate to loose its biggest client. Not to a competitor but the client taking it in house. So strong balance sheet and plenty of opportunities in Canada, Australia and elsewhere. Going to take time to plug the gap which although a mighty whole is more than reflected in current Sp. 25 percent nav too. Not going to blow the lights out but if happy to make 10 percent or a bit more inside a year should be quite feasible.

Relentless big UT trades at the close all week. Obviously the seller is still in full show and should have had an RNS by now. There was an interesting comment about the decline in football spectators because of the summer weather. I thought it was the cricket season. The figure that will be key for Bowl is EPS. Are we going to get another thinly disguised profit warning or is expansion going to take a little longer to pay off? Expecting another clattering UT trade to close off a poor week.

It’s certainly been mystifying management on the placing front telegraphing it 3 months in advance. As it is only two months since approval I guess they wanted to buy a bit more time while scraping the cash barrel to be sure of enough funding at a decent price or the right amount of funding too. Suspect there maybe a number of possible options on the table. As you say all guess work, but looks far from a basket case to me . Also Trump.org is having a dig into Medicare because their audits are years behind and a number of bogus claims apparently. I see that as a positive for legit companies.

Bit in the doldrums. Seems 2.55-2.68 is it range. Pe on 8/9. Pretty cheap. Any new contract news / acquisition maybe and will wondering why we didn’t buy more.!
