I thought the same. Possibly the date of the contract is a bit far ahead, first quarter 2027. However they are also looking to get their recent acquisition FES in on this act. I guess the market is a bit sleepy at the moment . They seem to be trying to create a stronger more reliable work pathway which suggest to me along with their dividend policy becoming a core holding. Either a rerate or takeover IMO

Get another accountant. Companies like Niox inherited a 600 million tax credit from previous losses. In all likelihood will never pay tax on their now highly profitable business. Individuals can also offset previous losses indefinitely so long as they are declared within 4 years I think. Ie do your tax return properly:)

On the tax front I received a huge stamp duty refund on a house purchase which had a cottage in the garden. A little known gem called multiple occupancy tax. So little known my solicitor offered and paid for the services of a specialist tax consultant because he didnt believe me. Neither did my very savvy accountant. We actually paid less stamp duty on the main house than we would have if it hadnt got another property on the same deeds. I still dont understand it , but it was worked out on some weird equation. Thats why we have tax specialists. Its not like we make the rules! Not quite sure what the relevance of a trading update has to do with CGT. We got one this time last year.

68percent seems to be the new favourite VRICI number. Sales grew by 68 percent now LSE are claiming 68 percent of transplant patients get the test. That must be Rollox . That would mean about 17,000 patients. About 40 million dollars FFS. Between journalists and directors there is little chance of getting any meaningful or trustworthy guidance.

Harwood took £1.2 million in the 35p placing and another £300 thousand in the 9p placing. Bains took £25,000 in the 9p placing. Harwood need an eighty bagger to get their placings money back. Don’t know what their initial cost was. Must have made something out of the spinoff from EKF no doubt. £5 million raise is about half what some people were forecasting. Paul Hill needs to get Barrington back for a darn good grilling, although as have said before not sure maths is her subject either

If Barrington assessment that Tutivia sales will be used by at least 10 percent of current transplants In USA (28000) that’s the placing right there 7 million dollars. They need a new CEO for sure. Barrington deserves to be sacked for gross incompetence. The guy who heads up RENX isn’t much better and is also supposed to be involved here. Right pair

Look at it another way . Two Tuteva test amounts to 1 percent of the operation cost. At 30,000 operations per year in USA alone that’s 1percent of 15,000 million dollars. Don’t know the exact figure of increased success but even if it is only 10 percent that is a huge saving to healthcare and insurance claims, not to mention the improved care and recovery to the patient and reduced risk of cancer from the treatment itself. Presumably it will be sometime before all transplant patients get these tests. The more that do the greater the success rate. I believe the initial maker for Tuteva is thought to be in the region of 500-600 million dollars. Look forward to seeing the prospectus to see how far adrift I am on the plus side hopefully!

One kidney transplant costs around half a million dollars . Tuteva is set to transform the success rate of the transplants. There have been two placings just to today for two Aim basket cases financed by long term height net worth investors. The raise really should have been done on the New Year bounce to over 5p. Sloppy. Almost looks like they deliberately drove the sp down to reward institutions already invested at several multiples.. The placing is usually based on the moving average not a few panic sellers where there is no market. I would expect the placing to be at least around 1.25p. Will find out soon enough. Probably still crunching the numbers to see how much the revenue is likely to grow this year to work out what they need to be safe. ‘The market is there and ready to be paid for’ . Just have to go get it. Tuteva test are likely to be standard practice and already are in a couple of hospitals. Dilution always looks painful, but maybe not so bad compared to the size of the market they are after

They do mention ‘providing affordable solutions with a better patient outcome to healthcare. Whilst the detail is a little obscure I think one of the big selling points for RENX is the cost benefit savings to the whole American healthcare service. That in itself makes it affordable. Would be helpful to mention if this is the same or similar deal to Medicare. Can’t see how they can operate two different prices without everyone opting for the lowest charge. Looks to me more about a different insurance and wider exposure. Let’s have the figures Bains. It’s not in the interests of healthcare for this not to succeed.

Still the ridiculous 5 percent buy/sell with UBS . Had wondered if the slip in dollar was a slip factor , but not sure they earn enough dollar to worry about. This partnership is very encouraging as it it widens their much needed exposure but presumably not quite the same deal as Medicare.

Homer ‘will it move up?’that is the 10p question. The question for me is how and who the American competitors are. The US have the money to move their research on a lot faster than N4p. On the other hand we have certainly beefed up on Financial expertise and science management. My main concern is with so many warrants and options available to the new investors I can’t see how any of us with averages above about 4/5p are going to even get their money back without averaging down. The trouble with that is there are some pretty good alternative investments choices , probably safer and better and more advanced. They have already suggested that N4p are at least 18 months off clinical trials. In all likelihood more than that. Are they likely to get any deal on the way. Nigel had not been shy about hinting at that possibility without much evidence. I certainly feel we have been misled in recent years. Just as it looks like we might be getting somewhere he alters course. Obviously things change but it doesn’t appear to be very well thought out. Nano tech is clearly a big deal with endless possibilities and endless blind alleys. The fact that it has attracted some big guns as we approach the abyss is encouraging but also feels a bit like circling vultures are going to snatch away any prize.
