Exactly the same strategy as IWG. Price drops for several days before results and then woosh. Have topped up all the way down on both holdings. I was a bit surprised at the sp reaction compared to ASCl who is buying a slice of Jumpshot which sot up 4 % on the news but has since fallen back. They are the ones stomping up the cash to buy. They are also considered under the radar, but now we know they potentially are prepared to pay off AVST debt in 2 years time, I know which one I prefer. First half pre-tax profits at information company Ascential rose to £30.5m from £23.1m as revenue increased 25% to £236m.
The company said it was trading in line with expectations for the full year, adding that it was confident of delivering its medium-term target to achieve double-digit growth.

Ascential, formerly known as Map, also said it had bought an initial 35% interest in cybersecurity provider Avast's marketing analysis unit Jumpshot for $60.8m. Peel Hunt target £4.40. Might be a bit light after yesterdays deal with AVAST if closed end of August. Another one under the radar generating good cash. Beats banks retail and telecommunications any day as an investment.

Maybe Mr Kim is buying them back . It is a volatile stock. I used to swing trade it in 2009 with some success. Like the June presentation. Long term hold for me now, maybe medium with luck!
