Well all they did today is announce a presentation and results on NOV 25th in almost exactly the same words as IGP's similar announcement who's shares rose slightly this morning. I think Covid testing will be here to stay, especially the kind that KMK are offering. That doesn't seem to be reflected in the sp at all. So this type of company not reliant specifically on Covid testing seem to be in a really strong position. With business bouncing back and new products coming on line it does look like COVID is entirely responsible for derailing KMK, but now actually may make a substantial contribution towards its success. See one comment on ADFVN from someone still invested from 49p and confident of getting a return eventually. I think he may well be right.

I think the market has missed the fact that these guys are classic entrepreneurs, who have proved themselves in very challenging times. OF course their are risks and they are relatively small but also quite well diversified. With all guns blazing they certainly could do very well

They are indeed manufacturing in batches right now. The process can be accelerated once approval received. It is being tested globally. not just UK. I believe the government did give TTG £5 million towards manufacturing. The FT article was inaccurate as has been proven by the Daily Mail article recently which completely contradicts the FT findings, (or was it just an unresearched office opinion?). IfJohnson doesn't want it, we will loose out as there will be high global demand . Still awaiting official medical approval, which is why Heathrow asked for it to be fast tracked. There are so many advantages to virolens if it gets approval in practicality, price, time and accuracy, and importantly detecting different pathogens. It is cheap and requires no laboratory test. Could be used for work, travel, sports and entertainment events. They know it works, just a question of proving the highest rate of accuracy required. Nothing is likely to be full proof, but presume they want above 98%

After the increase in number of shares by approx a third, even though Sagi took a big chunk of the placing ( via his shell unikmind IOM) it may have left him with a slightly smaller percentage of the enlarged group. I very much doubt he would be selling a small portion after splashing out for quite a large share in the placing. In fact have just checked. He holds 50,000 more shares but the percentage of the company he owns is 2.5% less. Just clarifying his position after the placing. So he has in fact increased his holding, not reduced it.

A few loose ends to tie up may, having just diluted the shareholding by a third buying out the founders of PIA. The Initial Consideration Shares, once repurchased under the Purchase Agreement, will be placed into treasury with a view to a proportion being retained to fulfil future employee share option exercises and the remainder being cancelled by the Company.
A slightly more detailed account of what proportion of shares in the buy out are going to be cancelled. No information about who the new institutional investors are, so maybe not substantial enough for an RNS. Remains to be seen if they can get new acquisition anywhere near as good as the PIA deal. Small cap on Stockopedia gave it an encouraging write up recently but technical scores were not too impressive. Cant see it rushing back to £2.00 without a lot more detail.
As a customer of PIA I am reasonably satisfied, although you will find as with other VPN's their are a number of issue about blocking and incompatibility with other software security. Their support service have not been particularly helpful in this regard.Personally having had to choose between anti virus and VPN in order for it to work, I have chosen VPN. It is an absolute right for us to protect our privacy from snooping governments and other data thieves. So on balance the medium term investment case looks strong, just would like a bit more meat to the bone.

So if we take what they say at face value, which I've no reason not to, that they have increased orders and cash generation, when the orders come home to roost we should see a significant uplift. Interims due end of this month. Two things to bare in mind, then are very difficult uncertain times, there are very few share in circulation. I have seen no rns for institutional selling. Looks to be mostly PI action. On the plus side this is a good sector to be in both because of business possibly of a pro effect from COVID, or less bad effect, but also involvement in latest tech and communications transition with enhanced and sustainable balance sheet. Not necessarily a comfortable ride because it is such an early stage company. The directors are also heavily financially committed, so keeping the faith for now. GL
