Barking up the wrong tree there, i'm afraid.
We've all had to do our first post at some time .... but there was silly old me thinking a forum was for exchanging views and ideas on a particular subject !
One thing I have learnt over many years of reading these forums is that sometimes those views and ideas don't necessarily align with our own.
Mind you, we probably agree that we both want the best for AMC

It's been nearly 3 months since we passed the significant milestone of releasing the PFS which was supposed to
provide the attractive economics to invite discussions with varied parties.
Did the management invite anybody ?
Did anybody accept ?
I see that we are still banging the drum at pay-to-attend investor conferences.
Are things still at such an embryotic stage ?

It's been two months since the Company was reviewing alternative options to the Executive Share Purchase Programme .... I'm guessing the option they chose was to not bother buying any more !

The Restructured Convertible Loan first repayment was due on 20th April and second on 20th May as were the first
and second repayments for the further advance.
Has AMC made the repayments ? Currently, the Investor has not chosen to convert the installments into new shares
yet ... for two months running .... Why would this be ?

Genuine long-term holder here who fully believes in the prospects of the asset but mildly frustrated at the Management's lack of communication ... after so many in-your-face broken promises, it is turning into total disregard towards long-suffering shareholders !
Anyway ... i'm sure it will turn out fine .... RY doesn't half tell a good tale at the Bar !! ... and we will all live happily ever after.
