Can we presume from the recent update to the AMC website and to AH’s LinkedIn page that the BOD have received replies back from their legal teams ?
..... as these moves confirm the changes voted for at the AGM.
Are we legally entitled to the voting numbers from the meeting or are we in the grey area between BVI and UK regs ? Would they be any help to us anyway ?Who the heck wants AH’s wings clipped ?... PIs were singing his praises and the board have kept him on so it can’t be them.
All very quiet from RY & Co ..... as usual.

Hi TDT ..... generally agree about lack of updated info coming our way. Just one point .... using cubic metres as a measurement for stripped material ... overburden .... is a common method used in muck shifting. It allows for a better match to machinery capabilities and ultimately payments to contractors.
Don’t think RY is trying to hoodwink us on this point..... not to say he’s not floated around that area in the past.

News has leaked that as part of his settlement agreement, Paul McKay has told RY where he has hidden the new toner cartridge for the printer ... TEO here we come !

It’s coming up to four weeks since the Board’s announcement that they were seeking legal advice from lawyers in the UK and the British Virgin Islands regarding issues with the vote. Should it really take this long ? Can we expect a bill for 4 weeks of consultations or is RY using one of those “No Win No Fee” firms ?
