AH and Marsden are both directors of NRR companies, supposedly looking after AMC interests at the same time as both being directors of Lorenzo. Lorenzo’s wish is to invest in a mining company preferable in a struggling jurisdiction where the developer is finding it hard to raise funds.
There has got to be a conflict of interest here.

He is still a director of NRR and as such, representing AMC interest there. According to the January RNS, he was overseeing the approval from the Australian FIRB regarding our loan note being secured on the mineral assets and expected to report back. Can’t believe we’ve handed over money without full approval. He’s still in the loop but probably a smaller loop !

AH’s new project is coming along .... with a shiny website for the now-named Lorenzo Investments PLC . They describe themselves as a special purpose acquisition company for natural resources ..... sorry no link but their ‘about us’ page is well worth a read.

Hope AH is working hard to secure approval from Australia’s Foreign Investment Review Board to make sure our Loan Note can be secured by the mineral assets of NRR ...... but surely they got this before we gave them the cash ?

AMC appointed AH and Robert Marsden to the various boards of the Nathan River project. Recent changes at one of AH wife’s company, Lorenzo Investments has seen Robert Marsden, along with AH, become a director.
Given recent boardroom shenanigans at AMC, could this signal a split of loyalties ? perhaps the preparation of other deals for the benefit of others and not us shareholders ..... or just mates on another side hustle?

I see AH is now a director of Lorenzo Investments Ltd .... the company initially controlled by his wife La Tourelle Consulting. Wonder if it ends up in a deal for AMC or Europa Metals ? Obviously, as our President, I’m sure he’s concentrating all his efforts on rapidly improving shareholder value here.

People on here have mentioned concerns of being shafted by Russia or a Russian company. I just hope that the Reuben Brothers treat their NRR stakeholders better than they seem to be treating the tenants of their Wellington Pub group.

All this NRR and AH “is he or isn’t he” stuff is just chaff ! It’s almost as if RY deliberately misses out punctuation and adds the odd nugget in his RNSs to get us to dissect every possible scenario .... he’s toying with us after he lost the Crede battle.
With AH working on NRR reports who the heck is working on Kun Manie stuff ?
