So that probably sums up where we are now. When calculating the share price from NPV, I have seen many posters quote 5% of NPV ....... i do hope i am wrong ...from the USD 614M that makes us about 2.86p ..... Mr Market not far off then !

Hi TDT ....... not a dig just a genuine query .... am I missing something ? how could the cheque have nine zeros when RY said it would have to be a percentage of the NPV of USD 614M ? .... is it all in the elusive 2018 figures ?

Being as I am a grumpy, old Hector .... I like a good, old conspiracy theory.... especially when there has been great big gaps in RY's communications.
The Asset Manager that gave us £1.2M was never described as an "investor", merely someone who had subscribed to 70 million odd shares.
Perhaps the reason of no name and holding RNS is that they do not intend to hold them for very long ..... all it would need would be some well-timed news and spin .... create a bit of buzz and excitement and we have lift off !! .... hang on a minute....what has happened today ?
Also, RY could have given them three months to dump them, having agreed to stay away from Riverfort for that period...
Just an average of 1p mark up scoops a nice £700K !

TDT ... EUA issued to further RNS's after the one you highlighted. Read them if you are interested.
Both from shareholders exercising warrants ... one at £85K and the other at £102K .... think that means cash in the bank !
Also a Proactive Investors piece by Alastair Ford yesterday including a statement from the Company that it is not planning any new share placings in the foreseeable future. Sounds like a company happy with it's financial position.
