The word in the Chairman's statement was clearly "accessing" ..... he signed off on this and the auditors have also signed it off.
There is a huge difference between assessing and accessing !
If it is a typo then somebody needs a rocket up their backside !
We must take the RNS as factual and not have to rely on changing words to make sense of things

AmurT ..... your enthusiasm for finding leads on Russian info relating to AMC cannot be denied, however, after reading through the link you provided earlier, i think you are getting a bit ahead of yourself.
There are many investment projects listed .... including another one for AMC for 1200 jobs and 66.1 bill roubles !
Also, all the news info on there is dated 2015 and when inviting companies to submit applications for funding, the next meeting date is mid-2015.
A great list of historic info but this is probably why we have not had an RNS from AMC because we haven't been awarded any money yet !

The latest RNS made much of the results “expected” in Q4 2019 ....
What is people’s opinion of whether this deadline will be met ? Is it the date when the BOD receives the info or when they choose to inform the shareholders ?
