Maybe it was necessary to be able to raise over £3m more than the existing market cap of the company at virtually no discount on the strength of two trenching results?

With these highly encouraging results and with the current market for metals and Tungsten in particular as it is, they should be able to raise from a position of strength.

Not sure about 30% as I haven't checked, but you're missing the point that junior explorers have to raise in order to fund their exploration, which if it finds good results adds value to the company. If they hadn't raised funds they wouldn't have done any exploration and so the SP wouldn't be 5p as all that value produced by the last 12 months' of exploration wouldn't have been created.

Yes GRL is a pile of sh*t - stay well away.

It's mainly for infill (close spaced) drilling to upgrade the resource from inferred to indicated/measured - which is a requirement for PFS. It does say this in the RNS:

"Net proceeds will be used to fund a 16,000 metre infill drilling programme"

We await further communication on the details but assuming they have 3 drill rigs then using the timings from last year's drilling 16,000m would take c.7.5 months assuming the drills run at the same speed. If they get more powerful drills it may be faster.

So if they start the drilling in March with 3 rigs it could be finished by October/November.

Another thing is that this drilling programme had 4 goals:

1) Testing a section of the Redmoor Exploration Target for inclusion in the resource

2) Testing short-range continuity of grade, geology and structure

3) Twinning selected 1980s SWM drillholes for inclusion in the resource

4) Testing the potential for identification of additional mineralisation outside the SVS

From what I can make out from the RNSs released thus far, the pad 1 holes were targeting objectives 2 and 3 (and were successful in this regard), so we have only had proper confirmation of those objectives so far. The other two objectives will be demonstrated by the coming drill results from the other two pads.

Assuming the 16,000m infill drilling converts the (new) MRE to indicated status that should roughly double the value as well.

Curious how people determine any selling is "warrant selling"? Isn't it more likely to just be PIs trading in and out, especially after Sam's comments re: the warrant holders.

Anyway lots of newsflow due here in the immediate term including the majority of drill results from the recent programme and results of the Vuida magnetic survey, which hopefully will blow any selling out of the water.

Brokers normally have a "target price" for e.g. 1 year timeframe which is obviously not this.

You need patience to hold any stock Caravan, if you wish to make money over the long term. I would suggest doing some research into the company and the newsflow due in the short-term which might reassure you.

Just managed to get another 500k @ 1.3p, that's all I could get at that price - ticked it up.
