Lots of potential reasons. Maybe they need to reduce exposure across the sector, or experiencing redemptions and have to liquidate equities. Could just be based on some algorithm/TA. Large holder might have got divorced etc. etc. etc.
Plenty of reasons why someone could sell and not related to the company itself.

Can't lose here for me, as long as you don't need the investment to pay off a loan shark or something.
Trial comes in good, short-term multi-bagger. Trial doesn't, will buy more at the knee-jerk lower price on panic selling, and hold for all the rest of the pipeline, juvenscence collaboration etc.
This is no wildcat oiler who will need to have a placing again if it gets a duster, although similar reward!

As are the 8.54p trades, so maybe a larger sell to show later. Those 300k buys seem to have taken up most of the slack though.

Well looking at the trades today, either some of these 'sells' are actually buys or larger orders are being filled in the background.

Looks to be some keen buyers around, hoovering up the sells from 3-day nellies.
