The group as a whole had 239 employees (I assume these are the directly employed ones and wouldn't include contract staff) in 2020. Can't find a breakdown that includes euro-ops though. DRC - they are long out of the trees if that's what you mean. They have airports and stuff nowadays.
You do realise the deal on the table now will involve HEMO paying GlobalCo cash (or perhaps equity) to licence their IP? I'm not sure this will be taken positively by the market. GlobalCo have already declined the option to licence CDX.
