The group as a whole had 239 employees (I assume these are the directly employed ones and wouldn't include contract staff) in 2020. Can't find a breakdown that includes euro-ops though.

MM's only offering tiny amounts (20k!) at 2.2p so maybe just trying it on trying to shake out some weak shares prior to expected newsflow?

You do realise the deal on the table now will involve HEMO paying GlobalCo cash (or perhaps equity) to licence their IP? I'm not sure this will be taken positively by the market.
GlobalCo have already declined the option to licence CDX.

Loss was huge and > cash balance last year which is what I was looking at I think. Maybe there were exceptionals?

Although having reviewed the last accounts they say they have sufficient cash until 2023, so maybe I'm thinking of another stock there.
