The only explanation I've come up with is that the market simply doesn't believe that Shanta is going to go from the sub-50koz/year producer it was in Q1 this year to a 100koz+ producer by Q1 2023 and it wants to see the evidence in black and white before pricing anything in. We're still priced for that Q1 2022 low. Each successive quarterly update from now on over the next 3-5 months culminating in Singida coming on line end of the year / early Q1 23 will hopefully crystalise that belief step by step. So in theory this should be a very good time to be holding SHG.

Then 100koz+ for next once the new mine Singida is up and running in Q1.

Unless you have a large family then instead of heating the whole house I suggest buying electric heaters (Argos cheap one £20-30 will be fine) and just plug it in whichever room you happen to be in. And/or up the clothing. I wear at least 2 pairs of socks most winters, sometimes three.
