I've absolutely no idea what is going on with the share price but it does seem to lack anybody buying in size and seems to be getting constantly punished downwards. Probably the City having it in for him at every cut and turn, as it does seem that way.

The bit that really surprises me is that a company that uses social media to a great degree to sell products should know better how to use the same to keep investors updated. Moulding hasn't quite grasped that try though he may to please and keep the 51% or 65% onside they don't buy the products. It's a fair few of the 35% that he seems to hate, that do buy the products.

The FXPO share price is holding up well this morning given weekend developments which are anything but peaceful. IN fact they are inflammatory.

Time to sit out again on the sidelines again on my part as Putin will be absolutely furious at what's just been green lighted.

Well I honestly thought the Circular would be published and out there this morning, but it's a no show.

The thing is, everybody knows that our Board of Directors never seem to miss a holiday and you have the Christmas and New Year ones coming up so that will chop another 10 days to 2 weeks off things meaning that time window for getting everything done by year end will be shortening. This could end up being weeks of wait for days to choose.

Then you have the Times just last saying last night that Sephora are to now have 20 shops in the UK.

We really need to keep our eyes on the game here or we get left behind. One shop in Altrincham isn't going to bring home the bacon.

Is it a game of frustration?

Are they trying to sink Matt Moulding and head him for the exit?

Will it see a prospectus bounce?

Will they further deduct they perceived value of Ingenuity from an already depressed share price?

Will it be pulled at the last minute?

Will we see a rival offer?

Opened up and now down 3%. Record lowest 1st hours volume and struggling to hit 1 million traded for the full day and despite the fall.

It's completely nuts.

Must be crossing his mind to actually take the full group private.

The volumes just don't equate Oakhurst1.

That is the lowest first hour trading volume in all the time I have been here. (Circa 46,500 was the previous lowest)

Indicates in all probability,

Minimal selling as people wait for the Circular.

MM's have probably taken the share price down so low that everyone has just switched off.

Shows also there are none of the 65% II's buying either, so does he have the support he previously had.

Disappointed again with THG as any interpretation of "Early November" has now passed.

Should have realised when MM went on half term holidays that this would happen. That plus him seemingly rarely leaving Manchester.

OhhAhh, Wouldn't though put it past certain individuals advancing the need to act with secrecy and haste. Just look how last sets of results were communicated and how the placing proceeded. Little advanced warning, hours or a nights notice and then little time to decide.

I really do hope the Independents stick their oars in for the benefit of all shareholders.

Or an alternative offer gets tabled.

Oil moves in cycles and touching 20p yesterday I thought was a gift.

Its a 365 days a year business though and charts are nice but things average out over the year.

Could be someone interested which is causing the delay or if it replicates anything previous @THG you'll get a couple of hours warning of the publication of the prospectus and a couple of hours to elct what you want to do and an effective date a short period thereafter.

I see BOO just announced a £40 Million placing which you would think would remove the need for any fire sales of businesses or stakes.

Been one of the best performing grocers for several quarters now.
