I suppose the drop could be Trump related and the 20% tariffs he has talked about imposing and what with THG having operations and a part market out there and having openly stated they were targeting America for growth. Some other stocks have been treated in this way (Ocado for instance) with markets just blanket discount stocks at the time irrespective of actual impact and then it works itself back later if the numbers are shown not to have been affected.

Strategically though you would have thought a Trump presidency might have been something you factored in to your thought processes and timing, if so.

I didn't realise until today that with any Reservation of Capacity, like for instance the 500MW Reservation of Capacity, that you have to pay a fee to reserve the capacity. No idea how much but I'd expect iot to be pro-rata with the size and scale of the project.

Last few updates have had big growth numbers and big improvements and I have to be honest the online range is spectacular in terms of choice. Then you've got that M+S connection with them trying to widen their appeal and to make themselves the destination for the weekly / family shop.

Just as an example visit the Ocado website and search Haagen Daz. Then compare with other leading supermarkets. Then do the same for Chocolate gateaux and you'll see what I mean on variety and choice.

I don't wish to feed the Board any more excuses than they probably already have but Black Friday - Cyber Monday COULD? gearing up for this be a reason for the delay in publishing the Prospectus. Just learned tonight that Amazons Black Friday event is just about to start and is a week long event and culminating then in Black Friday itself through to Cyber Monday.

Wierdest wording going that.

Technically speaking it is still "in" November until the end of the month but the additional wording of "or by early November" is what is confounding everyones pain here.

Some people get paid a lot of money to actually write these things and it must have gone through a number of sets of eyes before it was RNS'd.

I think it more likely that the 40p and 39p stops were taken out than any buyer as it's simply not lifting the price. Probably more to do with the fact you yourself have bought some.

Have to agree though with someone earlier that this could in all probability double if Moulding was to step aside.

Anybody else having overseen on their watch such a catastrophic fall in a share price would have bitten the bullet months if not years ago.

I really, really, REALLY hope that at this rate of decline this isn't left right up until the 31st November to issue the prospectus as it's been a complete and utter debacle from start to finish and can you actually believe that we are now seeing 39p against what was an already reduced price placing of 49p. That was 4 X Oversubscribed. So where are all those oversubscribers now at effectively 10p cheaper!!!

There surely has to have been a falling out or the like with an institution or several lending out and selling stock into the market to drop the price in this way and thereby inflicting pain on Moulding and co (and ourselves). That or the City has it in for him and are smelling blood.

Dennis Schulz Linkedin comments on the RWE Lingen inauguration

Along with Linde and Shell these are Tier 1 partnerships.

RWE are a huge engineering company.

However most that they have going on with Hydrogen is Germany and UK based. The Pembroke project I just recently provided details on with 14 out of 14 councillors approving their proposal so in all probability it is one of the UK's Hydrogen Allocation Round 2 applicants.

What does everyone think will happen on publication of the Circular?

A further share price decrease, taking off a value for Ingenuity?

More wingeing and moaning?

The best hope this share price has is if Selkirk Group or another like Apollo table a bid and get new business thinking is brought in at the top imvho.

Just look at the results Apollo delivered off Evri which it only purchased in April.

If you believe what's been stated this seperation / demerger agenda had been being progressed for nearly 2 years and with £15 Million previously spent on it.

It is now leaving approximately 4 weeks, prior to everything stopping for Xmas and New Years breaks, to get this circular published and into the public domain, let people digest it and then vote and then wrap it all needs to be wrapped up by year end.

Delays only cost more and more money and Remainco no doubt will be lumped with the bill for it all.

Somebody actually got a gifted exit of 2.5M to 3M shares at mid 80's yesterday and then had the opportunity to go short at the same time.

To be honest todays fall should have happened yesterday instead of it rising.

Russia hitting Ukraining electricity infrastructure ahead of winter is not a good thing, and given FXPO were just at the point where they had been expecting things to improve. Then Mr Biden green lighting the use of US long range missiles to strike targets in Russia isn't peace enhancing.
