One looks like a Bed and Isa but there is a further 225k purchase on top.
Nice to see a bit of blue for a change.
Makes for a better day.
Bb1978 this will have been a very good quarter for CARD as it took in Valentines Day and Mothers Day.
Next up Easter which falls on the 31st March which also falls in the same quarter.
Its not only the key dates but the fact they have raised prices in a measured way and there are far more £1.29 through to £1.99 and £2.99 cards on the shelves now than what used to be an abundance of £0.99 cards of a year ago.
So much undervalue here.
Excellent comments off Energean today about the CHAR / Loukos deal sealing imminently and at this time there is not one penny of value attributed for that huge deal and all the money that will fall into Chariots coffers as a result.
Yesterday we had the Transformational Energy side of CHAR business put up for strategic review - and it alone valued at 10p
Https://www.proactiveinvestors.co.uk/companies/news/1043383/chariot-transitional-power-business-potentially-worth-10p-a-share-american-investment-bank-1043383.html
So not one penny for the Energean deal.
Not one penny either attributed for the Onshore and what should be a highly imminent announcement on Rig mobilisation to the gaufrette drill.
Nor any pennies attributed either for the Green Hydrogen arm of the business.
A move back into double figures tomorrow to be fair would only be the start of it stepping back up to where it rightfully should be.
Easily the best Oiler out there at the moment.
Your perfectly welcome to hand your shares over. Dropping and manipulating the price in the past did work but to be fair the volumes have been vivibly tailing off of late, as has been the intensity of the FUD, most of whom seem to have moved on and leaving only the sad ones.
Alternatively you may spy the potential on what seems to be a blatant opportunity at these levelz.
It's not just Shaun Scott that's talking about the Prolific Helium Producing System at Rukwa (unlike anything else in the world.)
Just come across the same video and well worth watching for it applies to us even more than Noble as we have 4.7% Helium and 2.2% Hydrogen as opposed to their 2.46% Helium@ Noble.
Keypoints.
Explains the uses and is shrewdly linking Helium to the Semiconductors industry and the AI industry, Helium Shortage 4.0 and the need for geopolitical diversity, also Exploring the worlds best untested helium system and aiming for largest primary Helium reserve in the world. Explains the Rukwa basin well and the geology and what makes their project the one – does mention us as part of the “other activities” as a massive de-risking step and that they “are just scratching the surface”. What news to move the share price up? They are designing the appraisal program atm + securing the equipment. (June / July). Definitely talking to off-takers at the moment also. Reasons to invest. Thinks they are massively undervalued and at $40M they are sat on literally Billions of dollars of Helium …
Mitigates the downside risk question by stating that they have enough cash short term for their immediate needs and appraissal. (I'm thinking we have also done the same with the £4.7M raise on top of what we already had).
Lorna needs to do similar interviews or Investor roadshows over the next month or so if @Noble has started with a + 25% uptick from German Investors.

Its good enough for me.
Definitely and underrated stock.
You just ignore them mate and do your own thing.
You gotta be in to win.
My beloved has been whispering in my ear over the last week or so that the Sephora website has been down and every time you searched it was coming up with an error message. Might have been good for traffic diverting to the THG Beauty websites. Now back up and running though as of this morning.
Can anyone advise if its had a makeover? It does looks more vibrant than I seem to recall
Back on the ascendency.
No charts required, was forming its own higher lows.
The promise of 3 interest rates coming in the US helping sentiment of course.
It suddenly starting to look like a wholly different company.
£10M from Energean on completion looking imminent
News on the Star Velley drilling rig moving to our location highly imminent
Strategic review of Transformational power which might also bring in a buyer.
Its probably one of the best in the Oiler and Gas sector atm imho
Thanks for the reminder PubCrawl and in reality nothing has changed, except its half price sale again @ HE1
The share price may have moved but what's under the ground at Rukwa just keeps getting firmed up with find after find and increasing numbers. Two large finds on two wells for Noble Helium and then our own success at Itumbula.
We're still sat on 4.7% Helium free flowing to surface (unstimulated) and 2.2% Gold hydrogen on top and several layers of geology all with heightened Helium levels, all the way down to Basement. In fact the same that was there at 3.2p, 2.5p, 2p, 1.5p and where we are now.
Worth watching this interview and digesting what both Noble Helium and Helium1 have found, and on what is described in the interview as a "Prolific Helium Producing System Unlike Any Other In The World" and the fact they are after a "fit for purpose drilling rig" which we just happen to have "hot stacked" presently and ready to go etc...

Here's details of Noble Helium's finds.
https://nextinvestors.com/quick-takes/nhe-lab-results-increase-net-pay-by-over-two-three-times/
and the latest update on the free flowing Gas Cap which just multiplied by 6, 9kilometers North to South and 3 Kilometres East to West @ 20M height.
https://nextinvestors.com/articles/nhes-probable-free-gas-cap-6x-bigger-than-expected-this-upcoming-drill-will-find-out/
Then here our own Helium1 contribution.
4.7% Helium and 2.2% Hydrogen Free Flowing to the Surface
https://www.lse.co.uk/rns/HE1/itumbula-west-1-well-flows-helium47-to-surface-h3ozbl2v33bohu1.html
And elevated Helium levels on several layers of geology

Can't be far off getting some Lab sample results back anytime soon (that's the ones they sent off) and if those please, then watch the mark up and the remewed feeding frenzy that re-emerges.
Crafty, I'm pleased as punch for the PAI Partners deal for Beautynova for it saves us bidding for it and probably overpaying.
Note the term - majority stake.
Hi Crafty I just saw you mention it and thought here we go again. Sorry you weren't the initiator.
YesImabeliever, reference a partnership deal I am simply going off the fact it has been mentioned from the time of the door being slammed abruptly in the face of Apollo and it hasn't happened since then, and despite several airings of this being MM's preferred way since. Still nothing so up to this point Nobody has been interested. Would you seriously hand over your money to MM for a bit stake and leave him in control. No you would wish control yourself.
Anyway its ticked into the blue which is pleasing.
I think we've probably exhausted the 1.15p, 1.2p and 1.25p sellers and somebody has bagged all that slack for the good times ahead. So not much point throwing away any more shares to try and gain very little in return. I couls be wrong but at least that's how it looks to me.
Liberum's 5.3p seems a fairly worked out and reasonable target price and with plenty of middle ground to be had.
GL all whatever your positions.
Craftyinvestor much though I would love to see a minority partner - nobody is interested in that approach.
Please can we also stop repeating the Jeffries note for they met recently with Mgt and are saying Nutrition has had a difficult quarter so that looks like it came from @THG. This was meant as well to be the New Year resolutions, keep fit and double freezer capacity meals at Iceland quarter !!!
The silence in Institutional buying, even at these levels is eery.
"Interesting to see some upward pressure during the first half hour of trading this morning:" and another Yawn !! chart to go with it.
And then it goes down. Lmfao.
That's 3 wrongs in only the 1 week and if on each occasion you'd followed your own chart you are down. If you'd actually done the contrary you would have made money.
I think you'll also find there are people on here making a lot more money than you on Ocado just by buying low and selling high - no charts - and that play with much deeper pockets.
Fortunately though when the postings get tediously boring with charts then most people just switch off from the bulletin board, pop their heads in periodically but do their own thing.
See if you can for once get it right. Adieu
(Redundancies, 2nd Jan RNS, Latest Iain Mac sideways shuffle, Jeffries pointing to difficult start to the year for Nutrition, Vivek going, Homebase loss? )
I also missed off £30Million of share options despite a poor share price, IR blackout and a lack of any real breakthrough news this quarter. I used to compile an extensive list but this quarter all I can remember is Pancakes, Iced coffee, Espa freebie gift sets @ Ethihad airways and some products into Duty free shops.
We seem to be suffering from the Curse of Kong imvho
The thing with Unilever is that they haven't spent £15M on a seperation initiative just to be thinking about it. That seperation is starting right now.
We seem to have spent £15M of company and shareholder money just so we can just give it a Gucci mention in an analysts meeting here or there and drop it to the press now and again, whilst it has to be said, the Division that was most likely to go down that route (Nutrition) now seems, according to Jeffries, to be having a difficult start to the year.
I'd like to buy more shares but so many things seem to be happening that are non-shareholder friendly atm and there is lack of appetite off II's and just a general mallaise in sentiment that is putting me off. (Redundancies, 2nd Jan RNS, Latest Iain Mac sideways shuffle, Jeffries pointing to difficult start to the year for Nutrition, Vivek going, Homebase loss? )
I thought it might move up prior to results but that just doesn't seem to be happening so its a wait for Q1 numbers and see what Kelso and OVMK have up their sleeve.
Yip back to 2p will do just fine in the interim, Pubcrawl. Clearly Oversold
Particularly when all that resource sat under the ground at Itumbula is exactly the same.
And when Noble are on the same Rukwa basin and multiplying its resource x 6 on its Gas Cap.
Remember the words.
Prolific Helium Producing System Unlike Any Other In The World.
