x6 on the Free Flowing Gas Cap Noble helium have and the RNS also showing they are also after a Drilling rig

Parker you ain't foolin anybody mate.
So concerned were you that not holding any shares you were frightened to post under you real username. So you had to create another one, was just flicking over all the stocks on the LSE, just happened tp choose Helium 1, spent a full night miraculously getting up to speed with He1 and then decided to post negative c@ rp. Too much info known for a supposed newbie.
You my friend need to take a long hard look in the mirror and tell your friends and family the alter ego and split personality that you have become. They'll be super proud of you. NOT.
Absolute s# um.
As that drill site must be getting pretty close to completion.
Another nice share Buy back over there and a nice 9% rise.
@THG we don't buy back, we just create new ones and dish them out.
There has to be a grilling question in there for the good Lord at the AGM.
It would have been far better to buy back the exact amount you were issuing as incentive shares, when the share price is low.
You must mean these pieces of information leematt.
Your either in for the journey or not but its 4.7% Helium and 2.2% Hydrogen and vast acreage and multiple plays on a Prolific and Unique Helium Producing System Unlike Anything Else In The World"

That's the problem with the daytraders they step off and then when they wish to step back on then they find its Negotiated trade
Now some 1 Billion shares were taken off individuals all the way down to 1.15p and 1.2p.
Whoever picked them up aims to make a considerable profit
Probably selling them pack.
Its legalised pickpocketing.
When its obviously oversold you just join in and pick them up also.
Looks like its going up again today and was thinking the same.
Should never have fallen under 2p as the size of the prize never ever changed.
Exactly right on the totally unwarranted fall given that nothing has changed on the "Size of the Prize" at Itumbula.
The Noble Helium CEO lets all know that the Rukwa basin where both have drilled is a "Unique and Prolific Helium Producing System Unlike Anywhere Else In The World" and he conveniently reminds everyone that this is not just a 1 trick pony either with Multiple "Plays" in the same basin and that they have many more in 4 Basins, 3 Basins for us.

Should be making an appearance for Balfour Beatty Full Year results tomorrow unless I'm mistaken.
I wouldn't rely on Joe80 for your advice. He's just been shown up to be a misleading and factually inaccurate poster. Thst on several occasions now. Isn't even man enough to apologise to all on the bulletin board either.
They raised £4.7M only a few weeks ago to add to that remainder from the $8.7 Million that was on the accounts at 31/12 - minus the Itumbula drill costs. It was drilled quicker than expected.
Come back in a few months and after we get some resource numbers out there.
Worth watching this very recent interview by the CEO of Noble Helium if anyone wishes to get part of the way up to speed, as they are our near neighbours some 70 km away on the same Rukwa Basin.
Note his comments that this basin being a "Unique Helium Producing System Unlike Anything Else Anywhere in The World" (Similar phraseology to our own CEO) - Xref to Helium1 - Size of their free flowing gas cap they are looking to monetise it asap - 2 further large helium Reservoirs - Offtakers already onboard to fund the downstream - looking for fit for purpose equipment for an Appraisal well, Mbelele being only 1 of 10 further plays on the same licence area and with 4 licence areas ...

Further comments from elsewhere
"“The next step is an upcoming appraisal well...
(using a much lower drill cost rig)"
Mentioned as our 100% owned rig is Hot stacked, ready for its nest assignment
They incidentally have 2.48% Helium whereas we have found free flowing 4.7% Helium and 2.2% Gold Hydrogen on top.
Between Noble and HE1 you then start to get a flavour of the Size of the Prize.
High level posting skittish and thanks for the time taken in putting that together.
"As to Noble there are also things happening in Rukwa, this is Nobles camp recently

Interesting that the helipad is now cleared - in light of their recent free flowing Helium Gas Cap just having multiplied itself by a factor 6 might they be looking at bringing in some Visitors, Investors, Dignitaries, or Relevant Industry Professionals?
So you did CrustyPete and well done you. So despite about 5 to 10 different people pointing it out to this individual we have had a bulletin board spammed with c@ rp.
He1 must be stonking buy now given everybody who sold this afternoon thinking HE1 were to be taxed to the hilt have now found out it's only just over half of that and after all expenses they should get around 50% of the FCF from the project over the life. For helium that is a lot of money.
I also btw know somebody that worked in the industry. They were a petrol pump attendant at my local Tescos. Lol.
The moral is always dyor.
Crusty its an argument that sadly he lost when Gaudin and RogerJolly pointed it out to him a lot earlier and I knew it also.
The Petroleum Act and any associated Regs are for just that - Petroleum - and Natural Gas exploration, latterly natural gas being what most heat their houses with and cook with.
Helium has its own Fiscal Terms and Regulatory Environment as clearly set out by Noble Helium in their presentation.
From Noble Helium
"Fiscal terms and regulatory environment
In 2018, a Ministry of Minerals was established after separation from Ministry of Energy and
Minerals. A Mining Commission was established in June 2018 to manage the sector, including
licensing for Helium.
The tax & royalty regime is:
• Corporate tax rate of 30%
• Royalty of 3%
• Mineral export levy of 1%
• Government to gain a free carry in mining projects of 16%
• There are three main prospecting licence types: prospecting Licence (PL), Mining License (ML),
and Special Mining License (SML). All of NHE’s licenses are PL’s.
Prospecting licence (PL) have a 4-year initial term, second term of another 3 years, and a third term
of 2 years with a fourth term of 2 years with feasibility study."

Gudin thanks for correcting our resident spammer.
"It's a 3% royalty and 30% corporation tax. It's also under the purview of the ministry of minerals.
Best to actually know the facts before stating incorrect ones."
Absolutely spot on and there is also a 1% Export levy on top.
Fact.

Roger he hasn't even read the said Act he is spouting off. The thing is that he doesn't even need to read it all, merely the definitions at the start and then you soon realise that the biggest clue of them all is the fact its called THE PETROLEUM ACT.
