RE: Reason for more communication from Matt Moulding5 Mar 2023 09:57
I opened this thread just last week with the below article as one of several possible reasons for the noticeable increase in communications from THG. A proven fake news story and Matts mother getting involved but personally I thought Kelso may also be involved behind the scenes with the establishment of a communication strategy to highlight more on THG and to get more big investors to invest and to stay onboard for what is to come.

Now probably the best money they have spent in the creation of a role of a Senior Corporate Communications manager role to plug that gap. Just reading the job spec there is a lot that stands out.
"Supporting on the merger and acquisitions activity"
And just a few others
" Dealing with media requests from business and trade press (ranging from tech to beauty trade), both in the UK and internationally"
" Building and maintaining solid relationships with media outlets and journalists in the business, trade and mainstream sectors, both in the UK and internationally;"
"Engaging with key internal and external stakeholders to maintain a consistent and accurate flow of information;"
"Supporting the organisation, promotion and coverage of events and conferences"
Content & Outreach
"Drafting key press releases, blogs and newsletters"
"Producing PR content for both B2B - and B2C press where relevant, and overseeing content production for outreach"
"Working closely with social media and SEO teams to ensure an optimised flow of information, both internally and externally
I'm definitely liking this new impetus and direction and its starting to create a bizz.
What's the feeling of everyone else?
