That's exactly the day and just about the exact point in my estimation that KLSO took out their 2nd CFD to add to 2 pre-existing positions.

Couple of benchmark numbers.

1. @ 114 / 115p this share price has only just got back to where it was Prior to the last round of bids. Of which there were many and some didn't even make the headlines.

2. @ 127.5p I reckon KLSO could also further minimum bag on the 2.4M shares they have in a CFD. Although the leverage might make that more.

3. @ 152p I reckon KLSO further minimum bag again on another CFD.

4. 170p - Lowest of the last offers for THG which Moulding stated significantly undervalued the company.

Get the first Apollo bid on the table and then I think everybody is expecting Bellerion to enter the fray and few rounds of increased bids.

It's not just Wizz Air donalb.

IAG are up on the 5th May for hopefully more confirmation of the same and Wizz and IAG will be building on the excellent updates off both Easyjet and Jet2.

THG moving up nicely now and still [lenty mileage til it begins with a 2.

As a benchmark, at109p Kelso will have 1 bagged on their first investment in THG shares (54.5p). CFD's on 3M shares on top. They'll be eyeing up a 2 or 3 bagger at least you would think.

Lets get to an Apollo bid on the table and then Belerion to throw its hat in the ring.

B1nky you need to view me not as a threat but more of an asset to the bulletin board. I hold both THG and KLSO and many many more shares. @THG and @KLSO I want both to succeed. This thread post and its first line should tell you it was aimed at the detractors who go quieter when the share price rises.

Highlighting the Kelso was factual and aimed to be helpful and btw you are way off on my average there and HH, couldn't agree more.

Just one other point to mention. It was Kelso and their arrival as the first Activist Investor that started the improved comms and this share price rising. With both arriving not long after self and Oke said surprised no "Activist Investors"

Worth also pointing out a glaring anomoly @Kelso.

They bought 5 Million shares in THG at 54.5p. THG shares are now not far off doubling. They also have 2 rather nice leveraged Contracts for Difference running alongside for another 3 million shares. Share price hasn't kept track with the THg rises and should imho should be comfortably higher over there. Also £3M in cash from a recent placing at 2.5p in the kelso coffers.

The successful placing may have caused the drag but there is an interesting scenario that could emerge if or when Apollo table a first bid. Deadline for a first bid is 15th May. New placing shares don't get admitted until 31st May. So a limited stock scenario. Dyor.

MikeS02, the debt was never a problem and certainly didn't stop the share price reaching £16.51 in recent memory.

As of Friday its just been reduced by 750 million euros ($823 million) and thats them now paid off the economic stabilisat fund monies.

You need to learn to ignore those not invested and / or those with unfulfilling lives and seeking attention

MM's golden share is fast running out to its expiry date. It could also get him off the market and out of the press spotlight. Both of which he thinks have conspired against the THG share price. "Pond Scum" post.

Apollo (and most Private Equity buyouts right now) are doing so to benefit from the relative strength of the dollar against the pound which seems set to strengthen further. Leave it much longer and if the £ strengthens further it would diminish any hidden currency bonus that the Buyer / predator would gain over time. As an example if the $ / £ exchange rate gets to $1.50 / £1 (Rather than $1.25 to £1 presently) then a potential 20% gain would be missed. Remember it was at $1.08 and heading to $1.00 / £1.00 with Trussanomics. Sum of parts also is clearly higher than the present market cap, hence they spy profit there also.
