Let me put this in laymans terms

You have a share that was at one point just prior to the RI trading at 1651p (Fact) with X amount of shares in existence

It then embarks on a deeply discounted RI at just under 500p per share. Y amount of shares to be issued to add to those already in existence.

Amalgamate both amounts of shares and prices together in a weighted manner once the RI gets completed. Why don't we call that the TERP (Theoretical EX-Rights Price)

The weighted and consolidated average is by some way NORTH of the present share price and NOT 500p
