Things seem to be intensifying and I did say other shareholders will not be happy with that comment.

Sorry to say this but it is clear to the naked eye that his recent comment is condascending and derogatory in nature and this is not a comment that the CEO of a publicly listed company should be making. Kelso's comments for me are on the money for all minority shareholders irrespective of the size of their holding. These things get proof read before they get published and the subject of the article normally negotiate the right to view and correct prior to publication. What was he thinking of.

(And who was it on here said OVMK had sold and had no holding !!)

I think the share might come under a lot of pressure today as Betaville and the like will pick it up, as will the Tag team on here.

You yourself highlight that Iain Mac has business relationships with THG (and with John Goold) so people can research that for themselves on his linkedin posts and @THG and BOO.

And in response to you, ryanf and a few others comments on here that only seemingly want to post positives and suppress and contrary view I gave a balanced view on the article yesterday acknowledging some may warm to it but pointed out what I thought was wrong about it.

My views on this are not too dissimilar to those of Hardwells response to many yesterday. Especially the last two lines.

It's useful to get the views of the company and goings on by those who have worked there and left...both those who managed to get out by choice and those who were made redundant. All tell very interesting stories. All seem happy to be out of the place.

Stick to posting about the THG and debating views on it and the circumstances surrounding and affecting it.

The comments though that Matt Moulding made only appeared yesterday and I'm more than happy to trade comment and discuss with those having different views on what is a public bulletin board where that is its purpose.

Tomorrow I suspect that instead of me you'll be directing your comments at the 3 "woof woof" amigo posters Stew2000, APH1 and GTC who seem quiet at the moment but will no doubt have their own views.

Perhaps, rather than focussing on posters, focus your attention on discussing THG the company, The Times article from yesterday, the CEO's comments and the response it has created from Kelso. That's the biggest issue presently.

Just to put you back on course - What do you think might happen on the THG side and on the Kelso side.

Nothing, Apology, Reprimand, Investigation and Sanction, MM increases his stake further in Kelso, Kelso offload some of their holdings or buy more, Others offload or buy, Kelso attend the AGM, Shorts increase or decrease ??

Ryanf I'm going to pick you up on the central part of your post and I'll put the reasoning after each sentence. Here's what you wrote

A. Because its not working and the numbers and share price show that. How much money / Capex has Ingenuity had spent on it to attract in whales - Not 1 landed - X amount of people made redundant - and a Chairman brought in on a 2 day week. My Protein - £50Million spent on it to retain customers and then somebody decides to rebrandb and on the manner of operating in Japan - Last update a whopping 9% down on revenue. Yet everyone was told spending on analysts calls spending the £50 Million was the right thing to do. Was it?

A. Completely disagree with you on that one and so do many others, including the intended recipient of the comment Kelso. They are shareholders in THG.

4. he is well within his right to buy 10% of Kelso shares. Indeed he is - but lets be clear these are being bought by Matt Moulding as a private individual. These are not THG purchased shares so he is acting in a private capacity.

Now not wishing to be funny about this but it is the job of the Chairman to be in overall charge of these type of situations and deal so it'll be interesting to see what he does thereafter and given the upcoming AGM voting.

Personally I think you have got this all the wrong way round.

Kelso challenging Mouldings authority, how things are being done and the present status quo has triggered Moulding to do 2 things, so it is they Kelso that have clearly hit a nerve with Moulding.

1. The first is that that he has gone back into the market and twice bought Kelso shares (further Pacman defensive buying) and sufficient to secure a seat on their Board. It must therefore worry him what their discussions and plans are.

2. It has also caused him to sit down with The Times of all newspapers and one whom he has openly had spats with in the past and in the connections between journalists and hedge funds. This is completely outside his comfort zone.

The comments are belittling to Kelso and they, Kelso, in response have every right to highlight the unacceptable nature of these comments.

Could they take it further. I genuinely don't know but I concur that it certainly makes for an interesting AGM, especially if they Kelso attend.

Re-read that paragraph again and perhaps grasp who it is that actually causes the dips in the share price. I posted you a simple daily observation. Lol.

Yorek I'm really sorry but that is not the way any CEO of a public listed company should be conducting themselves and that is not the way you speak about any of your shareholders publicly and that's whether they hold decent percentages right through to the PI with only a few hundred. Tongue in cheek or not you should not be doing it. It actually says that because they don't hold many shares then they are not even worthy of any consideration. Read the full paragraph for context and I have to say that I agree with Hardwick that it shows complete disdain.

For me its the exact same attitude that prevailed with the Iain Mac debacle and its partly why the share price is where it is and the City isn't touching THG with a bargepole. Loose comments like that are unacceptable.

This company has a major problem attracting in ANY new shareholders as Kelso have highlighted and comments like that only seek to deter new entrants and undermine the commitment of those already invested.

Then at the same time you have shorters and market makers just chomping at the bit in the background to knock the share price back at every cut and turn, and on virtually every occasion lately that Matt has spoken through Linkedin or indeed carried out an action (e.g buying Kelso shares) it has gone on to cause a retrace in the share price.

Unfortunately Cong your wrong on my posting motivation and starting to lose your objectivity and are getting too emotionally tied to the company. The egotistical side of things for me come with the inclusion of the photos of Moulding with Barack Obama, Boris Johnson and flaunting the trappings of wealth that he mentions (Box on the halfway line at Man UTD, place in Majorca, private jet photo, current worth etc).

1-3 are not non issues you say.

1. Its certainly an issue and why you have Kelso voting against the re-election of the Chairman. Yes its important

2. Not travelling to London. The share price speaks for itself. The City is not beholden to Matt Mouldings inability to travel. They are under no obligation to travel to Manchester. Yet if you are listed on the LSE and centred in London with all the investment professionals centred there it's a missed opportunity imo. Yet also we have had a Dubai trip and we also have this Magaluf trip.

3. The private jet photo. Show that private jet photo to any employee or shareholder or the ones that lost their jobs and ask them what they think. There may be a perfectly valid explanation behind it with say Moulding having paid or all having paid their own way but it comes across as a corporate excess. It also comes across the back of THG ESG policies and websites talking about planting trees for each order received. Don't you see the contradiction?

4. Protein cycle topped. Indeed its his thoughts that it still has some way to go but the journalist must have had reason to ask that question. Nutrition / MyProtein revenues don't forget were down 9% at last update. Focus on next numbers.

5. "My dogs got more shares and you've met them" comment. I'm really sorry to say that is a howler of a statement from the CEO of any public listed company to make about any of its shareholders. What I posted was my instant thoughts pre-Kelso and Kelso have made their feelings known sonce. Now just for baIance I've since also mentioned it in context to a family member and their comment back was that "it's almost like that Ratner comment".

Now I'm not particularly bothered what your thoughts or anyones are on my change of stance but I've made that reasoning known previously and it changed dramatically after Jan 2 when the Iain Mac debacle happened and it subsequently dropped the share price massively from near 90p all the way down to 55p. Further when I couldn't find any MyProtein products in Decathlon then add a few other items after like number misses, share price moving events not happening, options etc etc Ultimately though it all falls down to the share price and The Chairman, The CEO and the COO are accountable for that and right now it just isn't happening.

On the article itself, although I think the intentions of the article were good sadly I think you will now find that it's remembered for all the wrong reasons and that one comment and Kelso's reaction are what the business press will pic

Yorek I wasn't privy to your post and the Kelso comment on Linkedin which I have just picked up - but I did think that it was an Ouch comment and seriously would not go down well, hence my view and further views.

It's an interesting article that comes across as biographical and egotistical. Some may read it and find his qualities endearing but unfortunately there are a number of aspects in it that shareholders and investors might find concerning.

1. "but I’m just happy to be left alone to get on.” That's probably indicative of why there is an AGM vote against the Chairman and the present derisory share price.

2. "He is not a fan of business travel and rarely comes to London. “We go for family trips but I certainly avoid going down, because I’ve got serious OCD and I do the same things every single day. I don’t want to blow my routine.”

He definitely has my full sympathy on his medical condition, one that's on the inside and not externally visible to others - but how can you expect the City to engage with you and your company when you seem unengaging with the City yourself, nor prepared to do the miles. (Investor Roadshows in London, further Capital Markets Days to get the share price up). Everybody seems to have to travel to Manchester. (Peel Hunt, even this Times journalist here). Yet he did go to Dubai? So what chance therefore of a US listing?

3. The private jet photo of the Board taking a flight to Magaluf. Not so sure that will be well received by shareholders or indeed by THG employees.

4. "With retailers slapping the word “protein” on every bar and snack, the competition is fierce. Is it possible we have reached peak protein? We are a long way off, Moulding insists.” It seems that by the very question the journalist has picked up on an openly visible trend on any high street and online that it is now a congested market place and with so much competition and own brands and at cheaper prices. Puts the spotlight firmly on the next Nutrition / MyProtein numbers imo

Ouch!! Unfortunately that comment really won't go down well either as it's condascending and is actually levelled against one THG's own shareholders. It also seems representative of the same mentality that led to the Iain Mac debacle and share price drop from 90p to 55p.

I could go on and on further about the content but I'm actually glad I trimmed down my holding substantially and invested elsewhere. The company needs a real change in mindset or overall I think ultimately his friends, family and his two dogs (shareholders also apparently) will tell him to sell up and enjoy life instead. That's probably some time away yet though unless the AGM changes his mind.

I'd dearly love to be a fly on the wall @ Kelso and several other shareholders over the weekend for their reactions.

At Mbelele1 and Mbele2 Noble Helium encountered 2 reservoirs which if placed on top of each other actually approximates to the height of the Rock of Gibralter. These are vast and yes there was water but it can be seperated.

They then also encountered a Free Gas Cap which multiplied by a Factor 6 what they previously thought and from memory is 9km x 3 or 4 km x 20 m.

If the truth is out there that you can set up an Appraisal well for only $500K courtesy of Nobles webinar, that's in dollars btw as opposed to pounds and cheaper still I presume if you have your own rig, then the present sp shenanigans with the share price look like a gold plated opportunity to get in cheap.

Topped up nicely today myself and still got plenty powder dry.

The size of the prize has never changed, merely the entry price and the scope for a return on your investment imo.
