You really need to dyor on the vast scope of the Sports Direct Estate and Frasers Group from America, UK, Europe and all the way across the world to Australia.

One thing for certain is that it will definitely be a good strategic fit for Frasers Groups and particularly with the Flannels and Frasers Dept stores. I had the recent fortune or misfortune of passing through Meadowhall Shopping Centre in Sheffield and did a bit of DIY research of my own on MyProtein in Boots and I'll tell you what Frasers have got a big whack of the retail space in there with a huge Sports Direct, USC, Very big Flannels Store and they are just about to take over a massive ex-Debenhams store with an SPD, USC, Evans Cycles and Game multi-store all in one. The Flannels store ia in effect now turned into a Department store in its own right with all the Beauty counters and beauty concessions at the front of the store (Charlotte Tilbury etc etc).

I'll get really excited if they tie up with Frasers to put several Beauty concessions inside Frasers bricks and mortar retail, or put Myprotein into Sports Direct, or moreso if Mike Ashley decides to stakebuild in THG or any of the individual companies as he has done with the likes of Boss. Little by little he does seem to be inching closer.

MM's 10.01% @Kelso only buys him a seat on the Kelso board (should he request it).

What chance though of him attending London for Kelso Board meetings if Kelso insist on personal attendance to limit any chance of communication leaks? and being as he also holds his Kelso shares in a private capacity presumably any attendance would also be in his own time and not THG time.

In fact January time when he was asked about the Adore Beauty bid that THG had made and why they then withdrew when it was first rejected. The depressed share price was the reason given (and the fact it meant they wouldn't part raise to increase the Offer price off a depressed share price .

You sit down and ask yourself why THG's share price is presently 63p and not the lower and higher Peel Hunt valuations.

There's really only been 3 stroke 4 events in recent.

1. Peel Hunt Report - Positive for the share price.

2. Damian Sanders buys shares at 63.55p - Positive for the share price.

3. AGM announcement. Voting intention statements and Moulding buying more Kelso shares.

4. "My dogs have got more than them comment" in a profile piece for the Sunday Times.

The first two incidentally were the ones that moved the share price up.

The rest you can work out for yourselves.

That's where the bulk of your II's and Funds Investment Managers and analysts are based TH and if you as a company are not prepared to travel to communicate your message, or indeed RNS and RNS Reach as often as you should (Kelso told them they need to do it more. Peel Hunt also told them the same) then you won't be embracing any new investors and then more and more on top. No new TR1's in 18 months. Peel Hunt incidentally travelled up to Manchester to run the slide rule over THG and provide the first coverage in ages. Sadly not everyone can or is willing to do that. (THG tbf probably paid expenses and gave them a hotel stay as a minimum)
