What makes it look totally pre-planned Recalibrate was the way it was stepped down and then it suddenly stopped at 1.00p exactly which was where I fortunately managed to pick up a big.

I'm sticking with England to win on Sunday and a Commencement of Drilling RNS to appear on Monday morning.

If you watched the presentation and Q+A yesterday Vast is the one word used to describe the size of the prize at Itumbula and probably by the end of next week that will have transformed into "Vast + 2 further Basement fractures" with 100m, to 150m additional drilling.

Commencement looks highly imminent what with changing dates / times to accomodate both the football last night and still get the presentation in prior.

WE already know this one Flows and Free flows at that.

Happy to hold for what should be 3, maybe 4 pieces of very good news.

Concentrate on when the next RNS is coming.

They moved the Presentation and Q+A to not only accomodate the football but to get it done prior to announcements.

Well I've just watched the presentation and Q+A twice and didn't find anything contentious in there at all to justify a 20% to near 30% fall in the share price (other than the Finance Chiefs coughing), so it looks like todays fall was the MM's or PH filling orders or loading up having walking the share price down. Another 1 billion plus traded today says it all.

It is abundantly clear off LB's comments that the EWT is "imminent" and I'd even go as far as to suggest that they are in the final stages of mobilising people and equipment and it's highly imminent - and the single most important fact supporting that view was the desire to get this event rescheduled to both accomodate the England football match but also to get it done prior to any drilling and EWT start and announcements. So it's much closer than I think many perceive.

I also left the presentation in no doubt that they are sat upon

1. A "VAST" resource. Their words.

2. Just about to be extended by intersection two further deeper fractures into the Basement level.

3. That this is a Pure Primary Helium play with no associated hydrocarbon or other dirty gases

4. The Hydrogen will also be being monitored, and lastly that

5. It is Geologically unique.

Commencement RNS could come as early as Monday, if not prior.

I'll go for blue tomorrow also, substantially so, and probably another 500M to 750M traded.

We all know this flows well already and the numbers we have a re conservative.

More than happy to wait the EWT outcome as its about as derisked as they come.

Between the He1 EWT and that of many other companies, is that we know already that it flows.

We also know they are looking to seriously augment the total resource and flow rates by adding two further targeted fractures. That's the cherry on top.

But this is where it will change.

2 new Helium fracture prospects being drilled directly below all of the above.

So that's nearly 2/3 of all the recent new placing shares churned again through the market by 2.30p.m in only one day.

No doubts about it He1 has been a veritable cash cow for the market makers.

Still will be if imminently they have to add 2p, 3p, or 4p to the existing share price on positive drill results and or a successful EWT.

Tree shake imvho Roger Jolly. Some with Level 2 commenting it was Peel Hunt. There will have been acting for clients.

Should only take 1 of 3 or 4 RNS's to be positive to supercharge the share price hence I'll be holding and will reassess on each RNS. Can't be too far off start in any case.

We should also get some hype around the start of drilling so make that 3 maybe 4 RNS's, and we all already know that it free flows 4.77% Helium to surface so its about as de-risked as they come.

Happy to let them get on with things and to prove up all that I think is under the surface at Itumbula.

On an adjusted basis after the last placing (which did represent only 20% additional equity) and given previous price points it should be somewhere in the 1.25p to 1.5p share price range and that being without any real bonus or premium being added.

We should see one if not two "successfully drilled into the newly targeted fracture zone and encountered additional Helium" and then a totality of EWT result announcement.

So I think I'll stick it out this time around for any ensuing large jump in price.

Well I've just started buying back in tranches all those that I sold over the last week and including my free carry shares that I sold at 1.55p.

Will do it in tranches to work up a nice overall average.

It's never changed from 4.7% Helium and 2.2% Gold Hydrogen and 2 more fractures hopefully being added and with in all probability even higher concentrations the deeper the zones they target.

I marked 1.01p as my first re-entry point and it got triggered.

That if you reduce the price of a share too far and out of kilter with the Finance Directors recent buy and recent Frasers partnership announcement and continued revenue growth then people just sit tight and wait and 65% LTH becomes 95%. Pitifully low first half hour / first hour trading volumes ever since the AGM update.

Especially of they suspect Mike Ashley / Frasers Group are building a stake.

Agree with the 2nd part of your post that they are clearing out the loss makers. Nothing wrong with that. Coggles was bought out of Admin so with its growth they may actually have sold it at a profit

Disagree with the first part of your statement though and here's what they said in the most recent AGM RNS

"The Group has made further progress in H1 2024 in line with previous revenue guidance, and Q2 will represent the third consecutive quarter of year-on-year (YoY) revenue growth."

So revenue growth rather than flat revenue.

Apologies of you felt the comments were harsh and there is not much more to say other than there also seems to be a strong correlation between short positions and Bids emerging and it probably explains why so many companies in the UK in particular are being bid for by Private Equity and taken off the market. Darktrace one such pertinent example, Keyword Studios etc etc...

Irksome though they can be, use them to your advantage with the low prices they create.

Everybody decides for themsleves but would you really be selling any ITM shares here what with things transforming and the contract wins gaining traction. Oodles of cash as well.

That's the free carry shares bought just after the placing shenanigans gone on what was virtually a 3 bagger.

Phenomenal rise in such a short space of time.

You don't understand short positions Rich62 as many get used to accumulate stock which should they wish they can do to just under 3% and without ever needing to disclose. So in theory they can accumulate 6 times what they sell short.

They make their money both ways.
