On tr1 looks like Paul forrest who sold a site to Angus energy a while back (and did quite well I think) presume the rto you are thinking will be O&G linked with his background

Not sure follow that one.. company changed footing now and is still revenue generating in an industry which has potential to grow. As usual markets will price accordingly but not seeing this one sitting at cash only level.. let’s see where goes though

Be interesting to see what happens if buying pressure continues with the shares not due for admission for another month.

Fair point .. I’d guess because they have said to the market we are finished in two weeks doesn’t give them much weight when it comes to negotiations/positioning of any kind.. I’m interested to see how tomorrow goes, more than likely will drop to pacing price but have this small feeling could be a jump up..

Everyone is here for money at end of the day II will always buy if they see a return (or reducing loss) so can see it being fully subscribed.

Always appreciate others input and really hate it when shareholders like yourself get burned by companies and you have justified frustration towards them - not knowing when you were in etc but been there myself. For me it’s listen to others input as it’s valuable but we all have different strategies and entry/exit prices so go with your own strategy and yours only

Still a profit, sure it’s been higher than that previously (correct me if I’m wrong). Other things can happen too., cooley increasing stake etc.

I read this with the usual ah the placing drop however, even if you are in at 0.35 plus still don’t see this as a massive issue if willing to hold for a few weeks.. the main decrease for the company was the litigation which is now closed.. the company should now be able to stable itself and grow back to where it was.. I think this is the intention from the board with the retail placing.. they understand and are trying to give something back.. never know tomorrow too .. stranger things have happened!

Interesting.. noticed most of the day there’s been negotiated trades for anything above 5k.. whether that’s accumulation by someone or just supply demand but doesn’t align as such with not sells.. not too long until we find out.

Agree on the risk still remaining, would say on the settlement it states not material to CPX so doesn’t strike me as a big (if any) impact in the cash flow they have remaining .. like you say though all hinges on what’s the next stage and funding.. personally think there is a plan in place or being worked on.

Don’t really know the business or situation plus always try to be realistic.. anything that does go boom is upside. GL!

People love to tag on other boards (and I’m always curious!) so basically they have an asset with potential worth of 40m above the 6m they will receive and in addition they have a property business that is revenue generating? And a market cap of circa 12-15 million.. sounds interesting

Think more the classic if it’s not going up traders move on, others get uneasy with news not as forthcoming (and they have bought in on the hype rather than actual diligence) . With expected news can see this changing massively in a flash (up or down!)

Understand when have red days like today people believe end of the road (which it might be!) but nobody knows - everyone saying boom or finished tomorrow is on speculation .. having been involved in both I believe there is a plan (at least in thinking) whether it comes off or not who knows, but enjoyable being in to see

Personally don’t think buying on a slight down day after exponential rise is a bad idea, know there has to be news in short space of time so why not play in the game

Agree this doesn’t sound like a short term investor, plus seems to be have track record. Can see he was the driving force behind PNPL RTO into H2 so potentially gives one option for CPX.. more interestingly is his links with PE which would put CPX on a more stable footing again.. could also already be in motion with previous RNS stating looking at equity funding.

Cooley may also be able to bring the business into a new area in long duration storage or linking with green h2 which are both global initiatives driving lower carbon targets.. just my perception and will be interesting to see how this one plays out

Interesting timing.. Microsoft off to buy activism on and mentioning about how this helps with building blocks for metaverse.. be interesting to see how this all plays out.
