Not followed this one and starting to take a look - so they are getting the enterprise value of the business as the “price paid” by one’s - they don’t seem to have much debt so equity value paid the RQIH looks strong.. do RQIH have other debt they intend to pay off with proceeds as note the article mentioned states net gain circa 300m.. with my deal hat on of the enterprise value is the price then the equity value should be what’s received after debt paid.

Good to see more buyers with same hopes/ ideas of RTO.. think this has to be the play here.

Cheers kwota, if they are still a professional outfit they should respond despite that! Especially considering a significant shareholder.. be good if some movement on the next steps etc was soon .. we wait and watch eagerly!

Don’t think I will ever get my head around charts (kudos to those that can!) my own strategy is always play what’s in front of you and on this one think it aligns on upward trend (though could easy go other way!) . On neurolink (apologies doing more research this weekend) didn’t know they were valued at circa 5billionUSD last year.. more sizeable than I thought!

No worries, I’d suspect they would be interested also if the previous links are there and neurolink see a value .. not sure if SND takeover would fall under NSI and neurolink would have to go through that (not that it wouldn’t but can take some time). Do think there will be some sort of recovery play, if a buyer comes in shortly then could be a steep rise.

Sounds like talking about ARM who softbank purchased a while back (20 plus billion valuation I’m sure) sounds like it would interest them.. synergies is the key word, if they can add value or see it.

Will no doubt be tomorrow earliest before anything is lodged for news.. could be few selling out .. in with the new and out with the old and all that.. at least things look like they are moving

Do wonder if there is another buyer alongside Forrest (he has the connections by all accounts) .. been NT for significant volume for weeks

Hi Kwota, Think your reading of it is correct.. the loan note from 2022 has been converted into equity, which then means no further repayment of the 900k is required (good news!)

The 100k raised has been reinvested fully (I read it other way that they have subscribed to pay johnson those sums - but no idea if I’m off or how it all works) but think it’s fairly telling it’s been reinvested into traf and Johnson has taken another cln.. does seem like cogs are moving and time to buy and hold. Even better if we have two 3% plus holders on here!

Potential even tomorrow find out more with larger buys going through.

Fair assessment and entitled to your own views.. seen many other shares where shareholders are impacted like you say..My own view is most will surely know AIM brings with it extreme risk.. delisting, placings etc but the reason we invest into it is for the potential gains in short space of time vs larger ftse companies.

AMTE (again not hoping we end up like that) was 13 days suspended and quite similar.. take Easter into account and if following then tomorrow or Friday (just guessing!)

On the tech the interesting piece is how it could link in with the global hydrogen production market - and this is where I believe Cooley is interested with his links to it. Most governments are pushing heavily to change to H2 and utilising this type of tech with green h2 (electrolysis) production could be significant .. keen to watch.

And sorry (it’s now me clogging this board!) the reason I feel the NT is brewing to something is i remember the same pattern on CTEA years ago.. company not doing anything then right time mentions a product with the pandemic and flew.. same NT for days pre that
