Bunsen there is guaranteed initial volumes.. rough sums on the 4 contracts and your a well over a million in confirmed orders..

There is still confirmed orders well over £1m announced.. so not all not guaranteed but still decent orders to begin.. sounds like a call off framework which can ramp up revenue quickly.

Yep.. and with revenue forecast figures which is good for viability.. interesting to see how this goes this week, seen some others move massively of late on deals with no figures

I can’t get my head around it’s low value vs order book.. like you say would expect a significant jump up at some point.. probably more orders in works too .. plus the low shares in circ.. can only assume it’s not well known.

Deferred tax is also accounted for so not like this unexpected cost .. could be depreciation , credit sales to Gail.. just an accounting mechanism and is included in cashflows..

Whilst useful for snapshot of how companies doing remember the balance sheet is on a specific day.. the income statements give more overview oof the health/income and can also see the serviceable debt interest

Think points fair enough and it’s your view on risk re debt vs equity value etc.. indus has assets and are cash generating which for me makes me comfortable with the position.. look at vw debt vs market cap and other multinationals having debt doesn’t immediately make companies risky.

Seems like MMs will have to control this someway with spread etc.. if let loose then with min free float/liquidity think could get out of hand.. just my take but will step up again this afternoon.

Be interesting if the expected rise continues as gradual like past few days or there’s a pop moment and just jumps.. did wonder whether could be takeover offer somewhere too.

Also think as holders it’s probably quite a good Rns on the sense there isn’t a massive spike.. think will be one of those under the radar rises over time which in my view is better.. the way the markets have been I’m glad it’s up today!

I do think it’s really good news but I also get Paul’s view too.. it’s not quite the here is the funding to production message (as yet) financing now more likely to be higher debt I’m guessing with Sheffield balance sheet - not to say this is bad.. but we will need to see more details. Hopefully gradual rises from now on with progress but with the markets these days who knows!

Updated model not come soon? 60% through few weeks back though not entirely sure when they started reviewing but before end q2 so could be soon… think this is one to accumulate whilst quiet (very!)

Not invested here but does look an interesting business with pipeline.. and website looks really slick. Do We know the overal free float?

Interesting folks views when a deal is announced.. 4.5m over 1 year or 3 is still the same headline figure. When football clubs sign players for 100m it’s always in stage payments over number years yet they announce headline figure…. (plus 1.5 per year when market cap is below 3 is still pretty good in my view!) .. company seems to be announcing a number of deals to so contracts over number of years give revenue stability too.

Would also presume that Greg coming over to London for an investor event signals that everything is on track (if not I’d guess they would be locked in the boardroom attempting to thrash it out) . Hopefully exciting few weeks

High chance in a lot of the gold stocks (especially as low capped as KAT) .. if China wants to match us per capita for example it would need 151 times more gold than it has to match the US per capita.. not saying this is a be all end all metric but gives good signs that gold could have strong few years

Been reviewing the company for a while and didn’t expect it to move quite as quickly! Always interested with medical business that have strong growth trajectory like this as feel if it continues you have potential of the big guys in MRI (ge healthcare, Siemens etc) acquiring the business at some point in future once it’s proven.

If it’s LB then they will take 100% offtake and I don’t see this event as that kind of meeting space (not really the way offtake deals get done at these types of event either in my experience) I see this as positive though that they are looking for the next level of investor, funds etc to grow the business.

Finally finished listening and think great interview, by sounds of it all points to LB -

- equity funding only (which is exciting to hear from a project perspective) and as mentioned earlier don’t think SR can equity fund this with their cash flow

- states SR will be there anyway (so they will likely be happy) and also their thunderbird mineral sands project sounds similar funding deal with Yansteel (who equity funded most of it I believe)

- states working through the paperwork and being a joint venture agreement should make final Run throughs/ checks quicker so hopeful of the before mid May announcement.

Also side note echo the message that this board has been good conversation and people making fair points.. when the news hits will no doubt attract the usual types so hopefully we don’t lose the excellent discussions (at least we know long term where the company can go!)
