Dave73: thank you; yes there was a share trade purchase of 2,077,412 shares at 15.14(from memory) on Monday, so whether that was the final tranche of them repurchasing the shares or someone having a laugh, we don't know. It seems unlikely to me that that would be the final repurchase as the sp would be well north of here if all the shares had been repurchased.

The trade at 15.14 ends in the number of shares YA are claiming for August..!!!
What do peeps interpret from that?

If YA have been forward selling these conversions then the magic numbers of each conversion may have appeared at some point over the past few weeks (these are 077,412 - August and 784,120 - September). Can someone with a lot more time than me maybe have a look back to see if there were sales ending in each of these?
It would be a positive if there was :)!

Agreed Timster: the conclusion has to be that we haven't made the cash payments or else they would have stated that but it is so frustrating that we are left guessing. The Nomad is there to stop this lack of clarity presumably.

Yes, it is a massively frightening amount but imo it is all looking very good here, so why not make it a life changing prospect? (There are plenty of sensible negative answers to that question I know!!!)

Good morning Madpunter. I am endeavouring to understand what you are saying but struggling despite your best efforts it seems: apologies! If you're saying that the MMs would have accumulated 64.5m of stock at an average price of under the trade price (so that they make a turn) then as it was reported yesterday surely they must have acquired the final element of stock below the trade price. Yet there were no trades below the trade price??

Destitute: interesting post (recommended) and thanks for sharing. In your opinion could the 64.5m trade have been a PI (sale presumably if it was)?

Noloss: I have lived my life backing the wrong horses. I bought in here first at 19p and have been buying ever since. I believe and now that is the last of my readies gone. Anyway, enough of me, but I just wanted to slap down these 'underhand share shenanigans' theories. Basically the sp is a reflection of buys and sells and, alas, at the mo, there are more sellers. Qed.

Madpunter: I managed to buy a further 22m shares today, absolutely no problem. I am sorry I have played you somewhat but it proves that the large trade was a genuine sale and, alas, goes to scupper conspiracy theories to an extent. So what we have in reality is a large seller, reason unknown, hopefully mole is right. But I have significantly increased my investment on the basis of the last RNS. GLAlths

Madpunter: The consensus seems to be that the 64.5m was a sale (and the sp went down so that makes sense). So how does that result in the ii investment increasing all of a sudden?

Dirk: You deserved your suspension. Don't blame me. For my part I am very happy to put faces to names but if you bear a grudge, I wear glasses! Joking aside, we are all invested, maybe we just deal with the pain differently.

Thanks Madunter: I am not the best at emotional intelligence but to me Zaza didn't look as if he was lying. Shatner plus one or two others were there too. My fundamental sceptism stems from the fact that the reported holding has increased each month by precisely the number of YA shares converted yet we all saw them sold on the open market.
