moistworm: you are correct ... and it coincided with me going away for a week's holiday in the med ...
I am staying this evening at the Holiday Inn at Gatwick ready for my flight tomorrow to the med ... hoping for a feeling of deja vu ;-).
I am doing my best to recreate the circumstances at great personal sacrifice. I hope to regret spending some of my hard earned on a holiday instead of yet more FR shares!

Rainbow: not sure how you can claim that virtually no pi's have sold up? In fact I hope that you're wrong as selling has taken us to this ridiculously low sp and I hope (and believe) that it is disillusioned or impatient pi's and not something to be concerned about, such as someone in the know selling. Although, the volume of sales that has got us here is low so I do accept that if it is pi's selling then there hasn't been a mass exodus.
I remain convinced this will come good :-).

Zeron: have read your post a number of times ... and pasted it below. Firstly thank you for speaking to YJ and passing on what they said:
'Spoke to Tim at YJ this afternoon, I expressed my concerns at lack of info and declining SP. He said that yes it was disappointing to see the SP at it's current levels but this is a quiet time of year etc, etc but he did expect an RNS soon. He also said that they couldn't hold any bad news back. He said also that there would indeed be a shareholders meeting during September so looks like we will hear something soon'
So what more do we know from Zeron's success in getting some information?
Well for me, the only thing is the meeting during September. The rest is either fact, conforming to rules or obvious. But the meeting in September is news. My conclusion is that we will get an RNS before the meeting (in addition to the one stating there will be a meeting!!), because Zaza would be mad to face us shareholders with the sp where it is now and with nothing to say.
So, imo, we must be close to a reveal of sorts. I remain convinced there is some big play going on. Whether that will be revealed by the meeting is anyone's guess. Mine is that it won't necessarily as the timing of such things will be out of Zaza's hands. So my prediction is a positive RNS with results of some sort and a shareholder meeting, whilst the negotiation of the big play continues bwtfdik. That thought keeps me happy and frustrated that I cannot but more shares until the middle of the month.

Imo there is no point in Zaza holding a meeting now as he clearly won't be able to say anything until after an RNS. There is clearly stuff going on in the background and imo it is something pretty major. So the current sp is pretty irrelevant unless you need to sell or are in the fortunate position to be able to buy at these low prices. I concur with other more esteemed posters yesterday that this fall is down to frustrated pi's losing patience or their bottle and selling up. The volumes have been tiny ... in this market if I sold my holding in a day it would have a significant effect on the price. Once we have some news the volume will return and the sp could move significantly very quickly.

Whilst remaining convinced this will come good, seeing one's investment rapidly decline in value is depressing, so I was wondering what Zaza can do to stop the slide. Well assuming info isn't available yet to RNS then can he issue a 'we know of no justification for the fall' RNS? This has certainly happened in relation to sp rises here in the past. Anyone know what the rules around this are?

Incredibly stealthy buying given they both look like sells.
Although the 4.5m is at a higher price so could conceivably be a buy, or there is a reasonable sized buy being processed enabling the sale at that price.

zeps: your pain is (very) understandable, but Zaza did give us a hint of what was going on in the recent podcasts. I would recommend watching the second one again; it might help your frame of mind a tad.

I see that this morning's posting by the Houston troll has been removed, together with the trail of related posts. Not sure why ... but good to see the rubbish being collected.

Just quickly accessed this without logging in having seen there were a few posts since I posted earlier. Only they were from Vinnyacht. So more absolute tosh. I don't normally read his/her posts as they're filtered but was caught off guard just now. Now have logged on to post this and they're replaced by the little red boxes ... that is sooo much better. Filtering recommended for those who haven't already.
