Good morning all Have to agree with Lulu on this one; the biggest fear for a market is uncertainty and that is exactly where we are with the arbitration. Hopefully Zaza is actively trying to get to a position where he can provide more clarity via RNS. Otherwise, irrespective of good flow results, any positivity will be capped Imo. GLAlths

Shedulike: to be fair we do not know that the same is happening with the T45 and Dino 2; maybe he is just holding back to release some great news and burn the shorters, but the podcast has certainly lowered expectations in that respect. The only example of sitting on bad news in Zaza's reign is Ud2 and hopefully, having seen the way that was received, he will now appreciate that if there is bad news it is better to get it out there, and then when the good news arrives it will be properly reflected in the sp.

Chris: as you know politics have stuffed us since 2015 and we are lucky to still be in the game now. You cannot blame Zaza and SN for a lot of the delay imo.

Aubree: sorry to read about you having to sell; that's tough and frustrating. Hopefully the remainder of your holding will make up for it.
But what is up with everyone today? Yesterday peeps were pretty positive, or was it just Rainbow ;-)? Seriously though there were some buys and speculation of an ii accumulating (I don't buy that btw). Now 24 hours and a well written article later everyone is moaning again.
Testing is ongoing and safely. TT is happy back in Houston. Debt is being addressed without dilution. YA are being paid off. T39 (at least) sounds like it could be a top well. Zaza expects 1,000bopd minimum by year end. The gas is still there. The oil is still there.
I remain positive, fully invested and would be buying more at these silly prices if I had any readies.

You're still spouting misleading rubbish.
And please appreciate that posters like Champion are very long standing supporters of FRR and have provided great analysis/insight over the years. What's more, his post is spot on: he isn't saying that the assets aren't there. Zaza, has, however, kept us afloat and has raised finance recently in a successful innovative manner and has a massive amount of skin in the game.

Kaiser: cannot see how the 10m was a buy as there just haven't been enough sells below that level. I suspect it was the reason peeps were wondering why the £15k buys weren't shifting the sp up ...

pa: rollovers/transfers are generally done marginally above the bid and are also seconds apart. These are at the ask and minutes apart. They look like genuine buys to me.

It is probably an accumulated sale over the course of the day ...

Silas: I just think that there are some large buys and some large sells over the past few days. Some of each are round some amounts and some aren't. The volume overall is pretty low so my guess is they're all private investors bwtfdik! The sp has responded by going up then down then up again in the .26-.32ish range. Overall there have been slightly more buys than sells which is why we are at slightly above the mid point of the range. If there are more buys moving forward the sp will rise, if there are more sales, it will fall. I don't see anything strange going on, just a normal market. Now when we had those daily cancelled sales a couple of months back, that was strange, and never explained...

Silas: so what you're saying is that if you exclude 7.5m of the sales, then buys exceeded sales! Well talk about looking through rose tinted spectacles.
Whilst I would love you to be correct with your hypothesis please do not manipulate the facts in an attempt to justify it.

Silas: A couple of observations/questions on your post if I may:

'quickly countered by the MMs using reserves to re-stabilise the price': do you know this is the case? That the MMs have reserves of shares and then are selling them? Why would they do that if they think the sp might go up?

'the MMs know that the EWTs will be reported soon': Really? None of us know anything about what will be reported and when. So the implication of your post is that they also 'know' that when the EWTs are reported (soon!) they will have be good or have a positive effect on the sp.

If you can substantiate these statements then please do, otherwise your post is going to be regarded as pure speculation, and potential very misleading too.
