I also think that this withholding of bad news will come back to haunt them as now as soon as news is late the market will assume that bad news is being withheld ... jmo

I was/am amongst those who have/are thinking something big is going on with the gas, in terms of a potential sale. But it has always been speculative and I certainly do not feel ashamed. The speculation was fuelled by a combination of Zaza'z ebullient comments (on RNSs) last year and the radio silence since. What we did not know was that UD2 had hit the problems highlighted in this RNS and that this information had clearly been delayed in being released until now (which is bad form and the Nomad should not have allowed). Had it been released when they clearly knew about the problems the speculation by myself and others would not have happened. (Although I still think it will be sold ;-)!).

They released it as it is news and they're duty bound to release news to shareholders.
Besides, most on this board have been clamouring for news ...

It still hasn't appeared on the nex screen I look at, which is also still showing 3.2-3.6
What price was the sale at and what is the new quote please?

It will be interesting to see what happens to the share price in the meantime. I am wondering whether there will have been signs which could result in some taking positions either way on the outcome.

Hopefully we can get some sensible reasoned speculation returning to the Board, like we had at times yesterday.
