What a load of tosh ... you are nothing if not consistent with your posts. That is a ridiculous statement to make. Mainly because you have no idea what other investors want. I am looking for 10p+ where we are now and a lot more if it is in the future. The only merit in selling for 0.7p would be that I would never have to read your posts again ... hmmm ... maybe I should reconsider my bottom line price ;-)?

Are you going to claim that the 147,761 purchased at noon and sold (also at a loss) 15 minutes later is for the same (obvious?) reason ;-)?

Goose: my guess is that they may be selling the gas. We were promised results on UD2 by Christmas but there was an issue with requiring more proppant and news has been slow and peripheral since. I hope that they have been finalising a deal for over six months ... so yes it is understandably taking a while ... fully invested and fingers crossed.

There are many potential reasons the sp is falling. For me the biggest one is the arbitration claim, although personally I regard it as partly positive as they wouldn't be arguing if there was nothing there, but the market hates uncertainty. The sp is probably falling for a combination of reasons and the fall can be self fulfilling too as it encourages lths to sell and potential investors to wait. As for me, I would be buying more if I wasn't already fully invested. GLAlths Ps it has taken ages to type this on my phone as lse is down (again) on the pc....

I have a large holding here and am sitting on a huge loss, but I don't see anything wrong with where blitzed is coming from. He is entitled to post his observations like anyone else and imo this board is better with reasoned debate rather than pure ramping.
The fact that our market capitalisation is peanuts reflects where we are and the market's perception of the prospects of a return eventually. But I remain invested as, as far as I can see, an injustice was done and there is a (slim) hope that the right outcome will eventually prevail.

Noloss: you are probably correct, but it smacks of carelessness. The report should be complete and not with gaps which can play into the hands of shorters. The impression I get is that the operational update was hurried. Their attention is focused on something else. They appear not concerned about the sp, which, I guess will continue to drift. All this leads me to a positive conclusion as to what may be going on ... GLAlths

Just scanning the accounts on the website I see that there is no mention in the 'subsequent events' note of the recent arbitration request. Indeed I can see no mention of it anywhere. To me this suggests that the auditors do not consider it as potentially material, which I would interpret as very reassuring.
Would be interested in others takes on this?

The debt elimination is very old news...

As I am limited to a mobile I cannot read the RNS/accounts here, but if there is indeed no mention of UD2 that suggests one thing to me. As RNSd previously it is 'transformational for FRR and Georgia'. In that case the auditors would not permit no mention of it in the Directors Report, unless, presumably the NDA took precedence. Any auditors among you guys who can confirm my conjecture? GLAlths

Finn: annual results have to be posted by 30 June. Everyone (except hottrader!) knows they will be pants but they normally come with an operational update, which could be interesting. GLAlths

Spike: no, they don't have to tell us if it remains successful. My point is that that isn't news, as they have already told us that. They do, however, have to tell us if it is different to that, which they haven't :).

Thanks for explaining Ripcat. I know some other peeps seem to have written ud2 off which I don't believe is correct. If it had failed we would have been told; I regard the silence as very positive...
