Colenal - it's very tricky and involves timing and experience - we have the time but obviously not the experience. One of the locals relatives is coming tomorrow to help show us how to do it properly and stress the timber stays for us. We could have soaked but it weakens the wood apparently.

There are a couple of videos available but the ones we saw were in Greek but you get the gist of it.

Tomorrow I will of course be an expert :)
